  Seaside view, clean rooms as across all Premier Inn’s, comfortable stay. Fair prices for rooms, check-in was straightforward. Overall a simple, comfortable stay with good value for the location.

  I stayed at the Premier Inn over the May Bank Holiday and unfortunately didn’t have a good stay! The location of the rooms and the rooms is nice but the service from staff was very disappointing! We were meant to check in at 15:00pm however the room was not ready until 17:57pm. The kitchen opens at 5pm which meant that we had to go out to get some dinner when we planned previously to have dinner at the hotel and relax as I was travelling with friends who had young children staying in another room. On this particular very busy weekend, the kitchen then was only operating at bookings only. At one point the chef was upstairs sorting the rooms out! When seeking help with check in from some of staff they weren’t very professional being sarcastic and rude when they could see that families and guests were exhausted and hot. We were only offered a drink when we returned at 17:57pm. Water should have been clearly accessible and offered for guests to keep hydrated. Unfortunately due to this experience , I won’t be staying at Premier Inn again which is sad as Bognor Regis is a special seaside resort holding many memories.

  Great hotel, good locstion and well worth a visit. What stops it from us giving it 5🌟 is the loud disco music in the breakfast room. Better none at all! Stops us being chilled out and easing into the day. If the ruling is there has to be music playing could we be given low key relaxing music please.? 3/4 time middle of the road standards would be excellent.!

  Stayed here on 23/05 ,unfortunately not of to a great start struggled to park ,found somewhere after 30 mins ,went to check in and all systems were down 45 minutes later we went to our room.after being out for the evening decided to have a drink before going to our room ,to be told they had closed early due to having a bad day ,things got worse with the lift stopping and trapping 11 guests inside ,both lifts were then out of order meaning a climb of the stairs .despite all this we would visit again as in a great location ,and took into consideration its newly opened.

  Stayed here for two nights on a busy weekend and it was my first time booking a premium PI room which was really worth the price. Great having a fridge. Slept really well - no noise, comfy bed, always love the blackout curtains which are essential for me. Staff are laid back and it feels super relaxed and homely. Only gripe was breakfast. I went down after the first night and there was barely anything on offer, especially in terms of hot food. Plenty of hot (albeit rubbery) fried eggs but no scrambled and no beans - just remnants stuck to the dish. I checked a few times and it wasn’t replenished. No mushrooms so very boring for veggies - fried eggs and hash browns although both were hot and fresh. I’d defo return and book a premium room at another location. Lovely view of the sea. Forgot the plug for my iPhone but room has various outlets for charging.
