- RTRikki Lea Nail TechnicianSep 27, 20264.0This particular premier inn isn’t the most well kept one I’ve stayed at. But it delivered all we expected. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was fine. We had researched the area so knew what to expect in terms of getting to places. The adjacent beefeater which I believe is now closed to the public needs a real overhaul. The carpet is so worn down it’s sticky and I expect impossible to clean adequately. The chairs are ripped and torn. It seems as if the whole place is just being run down to the ground. It was strange having to book a time for breakfast as we are used to being able to just rock up when we are ready but it was no biggy. You can’t help your self to hot food, you have to order it but there continental stuff is all buffet style. Very different but can’t complain really. We had a lovely stay regardless. Maybe sort the restaurant out? That’s it

- CDC DCSep 12, 20264.0Great stop over place . Was very quiet at night and staff were very nice . Only issue is I think cleaner could take a bit more attention to detail , clearly hadn’t done toilet properly as someone hd just used it and was not even flushed . Not the best of surprises when you arrive to your room but never the less it did not reflect in the rest of the stay . We will stay here again , Morning manager polite , funny and accommodating . I wonder if she managed to get the new sign up in the wind , at least she was laughing which doing it instead of stressing out . Good atmosphere here . 1 star taken off just for the toilet area . Thanks again

- AWAlastair WhiteheadAug 8, 20261.0Received a parking fine from 3rd party for using the car park as paying customer, despite the receptionist registering our vehicle. Premier Inn won’t support in addressing this (have been trying for a month!) and am just stuck in a WhatsApp loop with a bot. I have contacted the helpline and followed the advice on the website and they’re doing nothing.
