Room did get a bit warm with the hotel not having air con fitted but a standing fan was provided in the room and they had replaced the duvet with a sheet which really made a difference to sleep. Room was clean and quiet. Nice location, close to the A483 but still quiet.
- ARAdrian RowbothamJun 15, 20261.0Had a bad experience, the room was stiflingly hot and we were only given a weak fan. Had to try to sleep in the car. Despite their being a large bold “Home of the Good Night Guarantee” display in reception I was told that they’re no longer doing that. Generally not up to the standard of most Premier Inns, and we had a pretty miserable time.
- FFFlossyJun 8, 20265.0The staff were amazing, nothing was another to them. Dowy, sorry I don't know how to spell his name correctly, went above and beyond, nothing was too much for him. Thank you so much for making my stay very comfortable. The pub was massively under staffed, the wait for food in the evening was quite long, the two ladies were rushed off of their feet but was doing the best they could welcoming customers, running the bar, taking orders, serving food and clearing tables. Two members of staff isn't enough. Breakfast was even worse, over a 45 minute wait for a cooked breakfast. Some customers were getting anxious because they thought they would be late checking out. The hotel was fantastic, the pub was nice but under staffed.
