I wasnt given an accessible room as requested and I was even put on the first floor (no lift) and this had to be changed when we got there. Bathroom stunk of mould and it was covered in mould spores. Tried to raise this but the guy behind reception was too busy talking to his mate. Room wasnt cleaned when we requested it to be and kept having to ask for towels. Left with hardly any sleep and in severe pain! Never again!
