  The staff at this hotel are brilliant, all so polite, friendly and really happy to help. They made us feel really welcome and made for a lovely stay. The rooms don't have AC but they provided a fan and we just slept with a bed sheet. Unfortunately we didn't sleep that well because of needing the window open and the fan on, which made it noisy. Premier Inn need to fix that, it's not the staffs fault.

  Stayed here for one night, hotel was very easy to find and well located. Service was not the best - not very welcoming, not greeted at reception when checking in and spoken to quite abruptly. My family had two rooms, and in terms of cleanliness they were disappointing. We found small hairs under the bedsheet covers, and what seemed to be a piece of dried mucus or booger stuck to the sheet under the pillow. It was extremely off putting and needless to say, disgusting. The bathroom had small splashes of dirt around the sink area. We had booked the hotel just to sleep for 3-4 hours, if it were any longer we would have complained. I did wish to raise this as we were checking out but unfortunately nobody was present at reception despite waiting a few minutes after pressing the buzzer. Overall we were disappointed and would not recommend; nor would we stay here again.

  Near motorway, good Breakfast wait on weekends, bad (10m+) Lower priority for non-residents, bad I only came for breakfast, never got, went to a different inn. Sould have prebooked.

  Really easy to get to from M6 I already knew there was no air conditioning at this hotel but a fan was provided & beds made up appropriately. The room was clean & exactly what I would expect. All the staff were really friendly & their service was excellent. We ate an evening meal & a breakfast under the meal deal which was great value. All food was hot & there was a good choice. The same staff were there in the evening & the morning but always had a smile. Ellie checked us in & made sure everything was ok for us. I didn’t get any other names but all were great! One of the best Premier Inns I have stayed at.

  Spent three nights here on buiness ,was very hot within the building ,and no air conditioning anywhere within the hotel only time it cooled down was in the early hours of the morning. Was supplied with a table fan that barly blew any air even on tje max setting. No towels in the room and had to go down to reception to request some ,however staff were quick to rectify the problem. The bar next door served good food in the morning and evening however it felt they were very under staffed and the two woman serving there were constantly none stop trying to take orders and deliver food to everyone.
