  Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Although the hotel is undergoing renovation work and the rooms could do with modernising they were still clean as you’d expect from a premier inn. Because the restaurant was closed me and my wife were given a complimentary breakfast which we thought was a nice touch. We look forward to seeing it when the works have finished:)

  We got told after booking no breakfast which is not good when traveling with kids was limited food provided croissant some cereal and coffee so we had to go next door pay for breakfast before we left I do love a premier in but this one definitely fell short staff to busy when went check in talking amongst them selves and our kids wanting to just get settled after long drive the room was so hot the pillows weren't good this time round either and obviously loads of work going on it was clean and did the trick for a half way stop

  Having stayed at various Premier Inn locations, I found this particular hotel to be of high quality. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the property featured convenient parking and a great location. Although the restaurant was undergoing significant renovations and was unable to provide breakfast or dinner service, the staff were transparent about this situation in advance and kindly offered a complimentary takeaway breakfast.

  This hotel and its staff are a credit to Premier Inn. Their attention to detail, friendliness and willingness to help whrn my blood sugars went low, is amazing. I am also on chemo and not feeling very well, nothing was too much trouble when it came to getting a fan to cool me down. The entire workforce give 5* service and are the jewel in premier inns crown. The location is perfecr for exploring Cheshire, the Wirral, North Wales and the north west. Quiet grounds.and next door to a garden centre. Thank you everyone for all your hard work and keen ness to make our stay very special. Xxx
