  This hotel and its staff are a credit to Premier Inn. Their attention to detail, friendliness and willingness to help whrn my blood sugars went low, is amazing. I am also on chemo and not feeling very well, nothing was too much trouble when it came to getting a fan to cool me down. The entire workforce give 5* service and are the jewel in premier inns crown. The location is perfecr for exploring Cheshire, the Wirral, North Wales and the north west. Quiet grounds.and next door to a garden centre. Thank you everyone for all your hard work and keen ness to make our stay very special. Xxx

  Perfect location for us, lovely staff, easy check in, lots of parking, clean and nice comfy rooms. The pub food was really really good! We didnt expect it to be but it was fresh and we highly reccomend. Staff extremely lovely too. Overall exceeded our expectations.

  I have stayed in Premier Inns before but never come across staff like these. From the second we got there until we left, the most pleasant, friendly, helpful staff I have ever experienced. Nothing was too much trouble and i would definitely stay there again just for the staff!

  We stayed here as it was near for a dance competition in Ellesmere port. Staff were great as was the food

  Great staff, perfect quiet location and quite clean. There was some mould in the bathroom & it would have been beneficial to have net or mesh curtains up in the room since our room looked out to where customers walked but other than this it was a lovely room.
