  If your looking for a one night stay on a budget, are ok to sleep on dirty sheets and be served bad breakfast then stay here. For a little more £ there are others places that will probably be better. Even when my room was cleaned they didn't clean the bathroom. The bed sheets were dirty see picture. First mornings breakfast the chef couldn't even fry an egg it was burnt to the crisp. I then told the waitress and she said I'm sorry and took my plate and nothing else, no can I get you more or probably didn't even report it to improve standards. Very lack of customer service by everyone in there to be honest. Second breakfast I skipped the egg and got beans where some was stuck together and burnt. Must have been heated up in the microwave and not even mixed just in and out and lump on my plate. Zero standards at this pemier inn Would I stay here again no and I've stayed in other premier inns and the standard was much better.

  Typical Prem Inn, basic. The staff were incredible they could not do enough for me and my family

  Great staff as usual, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately another Prem that Whitbread have suckced the life out of by closing the adjoining pub/restaurant and reopening with a very limited selection at an inflated cost. A refurbished of the hotel is currently underway, however it does seem to be on a budget. My room had been done with some welcome upgrades such as usb sockets, fresh paint etc, however the overall finish is average with squeaky door hinges and delapidated windows being forgotten. All forgivable if the price was not so high!

  Disappointing lack of customer service. I booked four rooms at Premier Inn Heswall for my son's wedding weekend at the end of June 2026. We were informed only a few weeks before arrival that major renovation works would be taking place during our stay. I fully appreciate that hotels occasionally need to undertake refurbishment works. My concern is not the works themselves but the complete lack of response when I attempted to discuss the matter. I contacted the hotel directly and subsequently contacted Guest Relations seeking clarification and assistance. Despite allowing a reasonable period for a reply, I have received no response whatsoever. Given that this booking involves four rooms for a significant family occasion, I find the absence of even an acknowledgement disappointing. A simple response explaining the situation or outlining available options would have been appreciated. At present, my concern is less about the refurbishment works and more about the apparent inability to obtain a response from Premier Inn regarding a legitimate customer query. I hope someone from Premier Inn will now make contact and address the issue.
