  OUTSTANDING! My stay at the premier inn & trip to Birkenhead had made my summer 2026! David the manager, Julie, Stacey, Sharon, Ren, the chefs & carmen & cleaning team were all the kindest, most supportive, accommodating, FUN, friendly people I have ever met. I stayed all weekend & only left because they were fully booked or I’d have moved in. The food was lovely at meal time, rooms clean and whatever we needed was available. Great selection of herbal teas & fruit which was great for me at breakfast. I made friends with everyone. Stacey’s entertainment for the children at dinner time was 10/10 some TV ing out of Disney land. I laughed so much & met so many great people. Everyone working and visiting the hotel was amazing. Colours for the children & any last minute items available to purchase & for charity. Cannot fault, made friends either everyone and will treasure them and the memories made for the rest of my life. I cannot wait to return. Great location also next to beautiful shop Green Jam & amazing food and fun games for children at the Labaratory! Thanks again team/ you are all ONE IN A MILLION!

  Stayed here for a night while seeing the city was smooth check in the rooms seemed a bit smaller than usual the staff was friendly and polite was a bit disappointed in the fact there was no bar in the hotel never seen that before parking is charged breakfast was good 👍🏻

  We stayed one night with the family. The location is good and central. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The rooms however let the hotel down. We had loose wiring in our room and so asked for a change which was accommodated with helpful staff. The rooms could do with some tlc. There are chips in the plaster and paint peeling. It is a good hotel but could be a brilliant one if the rooms were refreshed. I would use again

  Soo the food was horrible I asked for medium rare and they server me well done and rest of the food tasted bad and in the toilet the shower has a lot of hairs in it and cracked sit toilet

  Staff where absolutely lovely, all very welcoming and soooo helpful. Our room had aircon and had an awesome mattress so we all had a great sleep 😴🥱. Stacey is fabulous! Food was ok. They didn't seem to have much produce for what was on the menu on both nights. 1st night there was no cheese flat breads for starters, no olives and no chicken burgers in bread crumbs. The customers around us also all have the same problem. 2nd night there wasn't any poppadoms available for my curry. Burgers and chips where burnt. No olives again as a starter. We then had dessert and both puddings on the menu I asked for they had neither unfortunately either. So ied imagine it's pretty awkward for the staff to keep having to say to customers we don't have this or we don't have that.
