  Nice hotel friendly staff nice bar and restaurant area. Room was good only downside car park is in terrible condition he have car with low profile wheels so bit of navigating needed shame because nice hotel would recommend definitely

  Went for the You Fit suite both me and some of my family have a membership. Definitely worth it, Spa/Pool Suite is fantastic!

  I stayed this hotel in February 20 . 2026 and checked out 22 . 2026 .. it was my very worst experience till now .. i put my pre authored money £50 . And today July 9 2026 .. still I’m waiting my money to get back.. I called them so many times but every time they said we will contact our finance and call back you which is never happened. I spoke to receptionist who took my money and also F&B manager .. every time we they said it will come.. last time they told me contact your bank and I did but bank they can’t do anything about this..

  The facilities of the hotel are nice, and I can see this being a great spot to stay in. We stayed for two nights for a wedding, but unfortunately had a negative experience. Our room didn’t have working air conditioning, even though this was advertised for the room - and it was during the heatwave. We asked if we could change rooms, but was told this was not possible and that the air con system for the hotel wasn’t working so no rooms had air con. However, another couple who were staying at the same hotel told us that their room had air conditioning, meaning the staff lied to us. We had to sleep with the windows open, next to a motorway which was exceptionally loud. Also whilst getting ready for the wedding, maintenance came to check the bathroom, they were polite but why accept guests to a room if it’s not fit for purpose. Additionally, we asked the cleaners to leave our room, but whilst we were out they cleaned it anyway. We also put £50 onto the room, and was told anything we didn’t spend would be refunded. Upon leaving I decided to check this as no one clarified how this would work, it was a good job I had because there was confusion on how this process worked, so likely we wouldn’t have had our money back if I hadn’t queried. Overall, we had two awful nights sleep, staff didn’t seem to know what was happening and our room wasn’t suitable. A shame as the place itself is very nice.
