- MSMarian Skurtu3 days ago1.0No air conditioning, during a heatwave! Neither in the building, nor in rooms, not acceptable and borderline health hazard in such weather conditions.
- CCCory5 days ago5.0Catering staff were amazing accommodating for my coeliac disease, remembering between days even if I hadn't spoken to them specifically and going above and beyond to offer me different safe options. They were very friendly and smiling at all times 😊
- WÀnn Watts5 days ago4.0Clean room that could do with a bit of an update. Comfortable beds. Staff friendly and helpful. Food in restaurant was OK. Plenty of parking. Located on the outskirts of Bromsgrove so quiet.
- KFKieran FennellyJun 18, 20264.0I don't mind a Holiday Inn, I certainly prefer them over Premierinn. This one had a small gym and other facilities which was great for a 2 day stay working in the area. The breakfast selection was good and they even had marmite (I'm easily pleased).
- LCLorraine ClarkJun 14, 20265.0I organised a weekend here from the 29th may to 1st of June for 90 people we had a lot on over the weekend but the staff were immensely helpful and made my job of organiser very easy there was only 1 complaint over 1 meal all weekend which was very quickly sorted all the staff worked together as a team I would use this hotel again for group bookings
