- AWArne Weewauters2 days ago3.0The rooms are remarkably hot. Windows open, heating off and the fan on it was 27 degrees celcius in the room while it was only 19 degrees outside. And it did not cool off at night. Would not book here again or recommend it to anyone.

Main thing is they catered to my allergies good selection at dinner, Craig at breakfast was superb 👌 got me a fresh cooked breakfast (which was gluten free) as I am coeliac and normally struggle with chains with lack of knowledge. Great stay 👌

I asked for more pastries etc to be brought out and waited ages eventually after nrarly 30mins the waitress bought out 3 pancakes, 3 croisants and 3 blueberry buns for abput 5 familes. It was really terrible service. I ended up having two lots of yogurt and berries as i left the pancakes and buns for the children. Very poor showing as there was lots more just rationed!!
- RMRory MercerMay 26, 20261.0WEDDING CARD WITH MONEY IN DISAPPEARING! Wedding card with Money in it was left behind on the desk, we tried to call within 1 hour and no response. When they finally answered, the card and money had miraculously disappeared! Wasn’t found in the room or the rubbish. Common sense leaves you with one outcome, that it was taken. Customer service and guest relations were absolutely no help at all and took no responsibility for the fact money and a card had disappeared into thin air. Terrible hotel avoid at all costs.
