- ABAda Bish3 days ago2.0Only scored it 2 stars due to the slow bar and dinner service, had to go to reception to find someone to serve behind the bar, then when we ordered dinner, starters came out in good time, but the mains were so random, two dishes came out, then about 20mins later 2 or 3 more, then another 20 or 30mins more came out. Wrong dish came out twice and by the 3rd time the person just had it as couldn't wait any longer.... Location good. Rooms acceptable, USB port didn't work and was loose....would stay again at a push if the dinner service improves
- PPPaul3 days ago4.0Our room was good with a view over the cricket ground and excellent Aircon however it was looking a bit tired and cleaning was a bit hit and miss. Throughout they are understaffed and obviously trying to cut costs. Car Parking was fine but it must be fun on a match day! A pleasant short walk to the main attractions and places to eat.

Damp linen. Toilet not flushing properly. Unable to find senior staff. Have been chasing so called support since returning home, nearly two weeks ago, no response.

Room was comfortable and clean - although there was a massive water stain and missing plaster on the ceiling. Air conditioning was a blessing in the heat wave. Room prices were hiked up due to there being a cricket match on during our 4-night stay. We couldn't care less about cricket. The car park situation is disgraceful.
