Booked one of Premier Inns Premium Plus rooms and was very disappointed. Stained carpet, dirty fridge, broken housing to the aircon. One hand towel between 2 people although nice staff put that right. Coffee machine but tea making facilities minimal. Shame as it's in a great location.

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially as we struggled to sign in! Louise at the Premier Inn Worcester upgraded us, which was great as we were stopping over prior to a wedding! This gave is much more room to get page boys dressed! The view of the cricket ground was stunning and it just happened to be a great night with an amazing sunset!!! Really enjoyed our stay would definitely stop again!

A well-located hotel close to the centre of Worcester, offering a comfortable base for our two-night stay while attending the cricket cup final. We stayed in a Premier Plus room, which was comfortable and well presented. The view from the window overlooking the ground was particularly enjoyable, while the bed provided an excellent night’s sleep. The shower was also very good, making the room itself a pleasant and relaxing place to return to. Unfortunately, the service appeared to be affected by staff shortages. We arrived for breakfast at 7:00am but were advised there would be approximately a 30-minute delay. As I was following a strict timetable around cricket and fitness, having breakfast on time was important, so the unexpected wait was disappointing. There was a similar issue when I needed to leave my luggage. I waited at reception for more than 15 minutes and pressed the service buzzer on the desk several times, but unfortunately no member of staff appeared. Eventually, I had to approach the bar and ask for assistance. To their credit, the bar team stepped in and helped resolve the situation. The staff themselves appeared to be doing their best, and I actually felt some sympathy for them as they seemed stretched across several responsibilities. This felt more like an issue of insufficient staffing than poor individual service. Overall, the hotel benefits from a very good location, a comfortable Premier Plus room and good facilities. The accommodation itself delivered a pleasant stay, but the service experience was less consistent. With stronger staffing levels, particularly during busy breakfast periods and at reception, the overall guest experience could be considerably smoother and more efficient.
