  Staff are very helpful and will assist you in any way they can. The location I gave a low score as since a new roundabout was put in close to the hotel the postcode is no use on the sat nav and we got sent around in circles until we realised what was going on.

  Don't trust the Sat Nav to find this place-the postcode is incorrect-and has been for 4years- Nightmare to find!! Heating in room did not work. Shower head was too high to reach to lower. Water temperature in shower could not be adjusted-too hot!!

  Very impressed having a courtesy call a few days before my stay, I have not experienced that from any other Premier Inn. Unfortunately there was a "maintenance issue" with our Premier Plus room, so we had to be moved to a standard room prior to check in. Manjeet, Jean and Matt did everything they could to give us the best stay despite the circumstances, and we were put in a massive family room, with air conditioning, which was great. Thank you for the extra biscuits!

  I paid for the upgraded room. I'm not impressed. I've been here for 3 nights. Aweful Shower I got a shower which changes temperature and pressure every few seconds - it isn't dangerous but it goes from unpleasantly hot to unpleasantly cold - just not what you want. Very noisy ventilation The ventilation system sounds like a jet engine that has ingested a bag of sand and a couple of spanners. I get up at about 6 and have been showering in the dark so the ventilation doesn't come on and wake all my neighbours. Other generally poor things. There's a transformer hanging down infront of the curtains and the carpet isn't well hoovered. The round table is not as nice to work at as a normal straight edged table. On the plus side. The staff were nice at check in. The bed is ok. The parking feels safe When the fan is off the room is quite quiet. It's quite close to Evesham.

  Very clean rooms and all amenities one would need. The speed bumps coming into the car park are very sharp and in need of painting in order to indicate to the cars, as our car nearly got scraped on the bottom a few times. It is located at a service station which is convenient for travel. The one disappointment is the restaurant situation, as there is only the hotel restaurant which confusingly is next door to it, not attached, and has unclear hours. Ideally the breakfast would be priced better as I don’t feel £10 is adequate for the option of cereal and toast but I suppose that is par for the course at hotels. The systems in place felt a bit confused and disorganized; we made a breakfast booking for five and showed up without a reserved table and had to cram into a small table. It was very manageable but ultimately we were then protruding into the walkway. However, the staff at the restaurant were trying their best amidst the chaos and went out of their way to ensure I was taken care of regarding my allergy.
