I had a really enjoyable stay at Premier Inn Maidenhead and was very happy with the whole experience. My room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed, and the bed was particularly comfortable. The staff were a real highlight – everyone I dealt with was friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the service throughout was excellent. I also really enjoyed the food, especially the breakfast, which had a great choice and was very good. The prices were surprisingly reasonable too, both for the stay and for eating at the hotel. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. Overall, a really pleasant stay, great value for money and somewhere I’d definitely be happy to stay again.

Personeel was echter zeer vriendelijk! Voor zakenreis goed genoeg, met mijn gezin zou ik hier niet naartoe gaan.

I had a wonderful midweek stay at the Premier Inn in Maidenhead. The facilities were clean, bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, staff were friendly and attentive and to top it all off, the breakfast was yummy! So pleased I chose to stay here. Thank you Premier Inn. A special shout out goes to Chris who welcomed me to breakfast. He was polite, professional, asked me how I was, told me where everything was and had everything running like clockwork. He was brilliant!

Had a lovely stay in room 318 from 18th-20th September for my friends wedding weekend. The staff across the whole weekend treated us all very well, I cannot complain. I had a family room with my son who has special needs, and they even accommodated his special dietary requirements, even storing and reheating his homemade meals. The lady manager who worked the morning/afternoon on Sunday 20th (apologies I forgot her name) was an absolute diamond, our checkout was even extended complimentary on behalf of the Bride and Groom. I will definitely return, I was really happy with my stay and the condition of our room and hotel overall. Oh yeah, the breakfast was yummy too 😅. Thank you to the staff at Premier Inn Maidenhead, you all added to such a beautiful memorable weekend. Also to add check-in was easy, we used the QR code on the machine that’s right in front of the entrance doors and was able to get our room card linked from the machine straight away, despite others lining up for the receptionist to assist them - so there’s this option if anyone wishes to help themselves to check-in abit quicker next time.
