  Great little hotel in the centre of everything. Comfy bed, clean room and bathroom. Also supplied a phone charger as we for got ours 🫣 It wasn't our first time there and will definitely not be our last. 👌

  Very good location. In the middle of the city centre. Very good bed. Very good airco. Breakfast wel Cooked and Bakes. Very Nice employees.

  I had the toughest time at this property. I have stayed at Premier Inn previously but this one was a pain. A literal one. The bed was so messed up (I think the room I stayed in) that my back started to hurt from the first night I slept in that bed. Over 4 nights, it just kept getting worse. I would really request the management to inspect this once, it can be that the mattress has a sunken spot.

  Visited for 1 night as near to the Theatre as was going to watch strictly come dancing. Stayed in an accessible room which was spacious and had a walk in shower. We arrived early around 11am and parked in the car park behind the hotel charged at £15 for 24 hours. On arrival was told would check if room was ready and if so there would be a £15 charge for early check in. Yet another money making system as if the room was ready why not let you check in. We declined and was told to come back at 3pm. We asked if the bar was open and if food was available and was told not until 5pm so we had to go and find someware to eat. No wonder the retail sector is in such a state. We then found a Weatherspoons a few hundred yards from the hotel that served breakfast, lunch and drinks at superb prices. After the concert we returned to the hotel and went upstairs to the bar. Overall very disappointed there were only a few tables near the bar the remainder was the restaurant area. No choice of beers on draft, just Carling,Coors,and Strongbow. There were many different bottle beers,cider's,and lagers in the fridge but we're far more expensive to buy. Very disappointed with the poor choice of access to food and drink until 5pm so would only return for an overnight stay but no more.
