The restaurant was comfortable and pleasant. All the staff from reception to dining were friendly, helpful and efficient. We will definitely stay again.
- KCKaren CatonSep 15, 20265.0Stayed here for 1 night ahead of our ferry the next morning. Had a great stay, as always with Premier Inn, the Holyhead one though has particularly good friendly staff. We had a warm welcome as we arrived, later in the bar, I managed to knock a pint of beer over, the mess I made was quickly dealt with, without making me feel guilty. Not only that but the drink was replaced at no charge, excellent customer service! Whilst sitting in the bar, we did notice that the staff never stop to draw breath, it's a very busy bar and restaurant and the staff are constantly on the go keeping their customers happy. Impressive to see. One word of caution to anyone using public transport, it was impossible to get a taxi on a Sunday afternoon, so please book in advance if you need a taxi to and from. We used Triple A taxis for the ride to the ferry terminal and can recommend them.
