  2 nights in Premier Inn holyhead had a lovely stay all the staff where fantastic went above and beyond service was 10/10. Food was fabulous (spicy chicken burger) delicious 😋 would highly recommend will definitely stay again 💯

  We had a wonderful stay in the Holyhead Premier Inn. Although the outside of the building is stark, the inside is clean and comfortable. We were greeted by a smiling, helpful receptionist, which set the tone for our stay. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We ordered the meal deal, which was excellent value. The main meals were delicious, healthy and generous and we repeated the starter of calamari on both nights. We were prepared to pay the £3 supplement for the dessert, but, in the end, were too full to manage it. Breakfast was also extremely good, with perfectly cooked offerings. It was help yourself and would be easy to be greedy, though, to be honest, we appreciate the food much more when we eat just the right amount. My poached eggs were freshly and expertly cooked. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the hotel is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful area.

  Stayed here before catching the ferry to Ireland. The hotel itself was fine, but guests should be extremely careful about the parking arrangements. I specifically checked parking with reception on arrival and was told I did not need to do anything further. Despite being a legitimate hotel guest, I later received a parking charge from Horizon Parking. I appealed, provided proof of my stay, and even obtained confirmation from the hotel that I was a guest and that there may have been confusion regarding the parking process. Nevertheless, the charge was upheld. My advice to anyone staying here is to double-check that your vehicle registration has been correctly entered and obtain written confirmation if possible. A disappointing end to what would otherwise have been a straightforward overnight stay. £60!!

  Wow what an amazing place . We were staying in treddaur but could not find anywhere for me a fussy veggie and value for money. We rang premier inn as famous for there breakfasts and welcomed from minute we rang so off we went to find primer inn holyhead ...... I have a disability and an assistance dog. I was made to feel so welcome the best customer ever had in my life from andrea what a lovely person made me feel so welcome and so helpful especially for my dog . Its also first time ever seen veggie bacon on the menu and tracy was great cooked to order and one of my fav veggie bacons too. We booked breakfast now for rest of our stay thanks to the most amazing customer service and best veggie breakfast ever had out. Thank you for making our holiday andrea and tracy you both work so hard and just being so kind and lovely. Claire, carl and hollie 4 legs xxx

  We stayed at Premier Inn for a week while attending the Urdd, and we had a wonderful experience. The breakfast every morning was amazing, thanks to Tracy the chef, who consistently provided delicious food cooked to a high standard. Despite how busy it was, Tracy always had a smile and made sure everyone was looked after. Andrea was also a fantastic host. She was friendly, welcoming, and worked incredibly hard to keep everything running smoothly. Even during the busiest times, both ladies remained cheerful, professional, and attentive. Their hard work and positive attitude really made our stay special. Thank you both for making us feel so welcome. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
