  Excellent option for when visiting Edinburgh as trams are at the park and ride 10 mins drive away and there's two train stations in Livingston. This hotel is definitely one of the older ones probably could do with a refresh but was very clean and service was great. Definitely would stay again.

  Absolutely spot on for what we needed, just 15 minute drive to Five Sisters Zoo (I recommend visiting) the room was comfortable, it was quiet at night and there is plenty of parking spaces.

  just had a one night stay here, customer service is so lovely everyone was so polite, i loved the vending machine in the reception, it was so welcoming it felt like home, fantastic location with starbucks and mcdonald’s just next door ! the starbucks was so yum

  Stuffy rooms no AC, hall carpets need cleaning. Attached Beefeaters restaurant is a good place to avoid.

  Good affordable hotel. Close to airport 10-12min and 30min drive Edinburgh. The room was clean and bed was super comfortable. Easy and lots of parking spots. The restaurant downstairs (Beefeater) is also good, we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. The staff was amazing - highlight of the stay, very friendly and helpful.
