  Can't believe I payed 170 BP for that... 1. No AC, room had 25 degree while outside it was 19. Window can only be opened a few inch, so that didn't help. 2. Room was stuffy and smelled like cleaning chemicals, bathroom was even much worse. 3. Very low water pressure. 4. No drinking water on the room. 5. Very loud nearby street and bad sound insulation in general. 6. Not one staff member in sight when checking in. 7. Breakfast is just sad. No normal bread, no cheese, no plain cereals, ... 8. Location is really bad. Nothing to eat / shop groceries nearby (besides one restaurant). It is not even possible to just have a nice walk. If I would have payed 50 or 60 BP, OK. But not with that price tag...

  I stayed at the premier Inn for over 6 months. I had a flood at my home and sadly I was diagnosed with cancer. the staff were so nice and kept a eye on me. whilst I was there I met another lady and we would meet for breakfast. then would sit in the foyer. it was funny because we would welcome guests and say goodbye. and if guests couldn't find out how to get somewhere we would advise them. my son stays there when he comes to visit me. the insurance company put me in a travelodge but I didn't like it and got them to move me. once when I felt unwell and the staff hadn't saw me all day early in the evening Megan came to my door to check on me. how kind. and a wonderful couple who were staff would entertain us when we had a take away David serenaded us lol. Susan and Janice and chef Duncan gave us a warm good morning. lots of nice staff. I highly recommend staying there. it's 5 minutes from the train station to go to Edinburgh or Glasgow.and great for the airport. when I was leaving I will really miss the staff. ka kama the manageress runs a tight ship.

  Stayed here for work last week whilst the weather was boiling. I've stayed in hundreds of Premier Inns for work, and this is by far and away, the best one I've ever stayed in. Location is perfect, the view from my window was lovely, the room was immaculate and came with a coffee machine, fridge, wireless charger pad on the bedside, air con - the list goes on. Staff were helpful and the nice blonde-haired manager (sorry, didn't catch your name!) was super friendly. 10/10, will definitely return.

  Constant rumble of Trains and Traffic but apart from that a good premier inn

  At check-in I was met with a fabulous member of staff. Made me feel welcome from the start of my stay. A fantastic attitude towards me, just can’t say enough amazing things about the staff in general. Location is perfect, not to close to Bathgate town centre but close enough and easy to walk to for the train station or local bus route. The room was spotless, everything I could’ve asked for. I stayed here before, it’s the staff and cleanliness that keeps me coming back.
