  Good stay overall. The location is excellent, right in Walsall town centre with everything nearby. Staff were friendly and service was good. Room was comfortable but could do with some improvements. Would stay again for the location.

  We stayed at the Premium Hotel inn in Walsall as a group of 20 people from Germany, with each person booking their own room. Unfortunately, we were all very disappointed. The rooms were not clean when we arrived, and due to staff shortages they were not cleaned regularly during our stay. When we asked about it, we were told that the hotel was understaffed and that we should leave our rubbish outside the room ourselves. The bathrooms were also in a very poor condition. The showers were dirty, and in some rooms the shower curtains were hanging loose or had fallen down completely. My son even slipped while taking a shower because he was trying to move the fallen shower curtain out of the way. Overall, our entire group had a very bad experience. We cannot recommend this hotel. The only positive aspect is the location, as the town centre is only about a two-minute walk away.

  Premiered Inn: where the only thing 'premier' is the price, and the 'inn' stands for 'incredibly neglected.' The décor appears frozen in a 1990s time capsule — and not in a charming way."

  We stayed here last night as a family and we were put next to a room with an interconnecting door. The occupants came back at 10.45pm and woke me up (even with my earbuds in) and proceeded to chat loudly and listen to the tv/music until around midnight. When we went to check out in the morning there was nobody I could complain too. The breakfast was lovely.
