Jordan in reception was really helpful, fantastic service. The room was spacious and the AC was working great during this heatwave. Bathroom was spotless, very comfortable bed and no noise considering so close to the M6. Breakfast was good, i liked the pancake machine.
Overall really nice stay, decent parking, and I would stay here again

Room ok but bathroom tired, good the worst I’ve ever had in a hotel, had ham, egg and chips took 40 minutes, ham was cheap and awful like a packet of cheap ham from Tesco, manageress was unhelpful, saying there busy when there were about 8 people in the restaurant and some had there food, service awful and was booked in for a few nights left before the first one never stay in a Holiday express again
Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - Walsall and overall had a comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was a nice bonus. The location is convenient, especially for access to the M6 and Birmingham.
The main downside was that the rooms felt quite dated and could do with some refurbishment. While everything was functional and clean, the décor and furnishings are starting to show their age.

Staff very kind and helpful. Beds have firm mattress. Good amount of free parking. Good location at motorway junction.

This is the second time we have stayed here for the DSA annual games and what a gem! The staff are so friendly and helpful. The way they set things up so its more accessible for everyone including the little people is incredible!
Just on one note the soap is not easy to reach for the little people in the rooms as they are positioned too high. But I'm sure if asked at reception they would help in any way.
Breakfast is always amazing and we are all end up full and ready for the day ahead.
See you next year hopefully x
