- UMUzma MahmoodMay 29, 20261.0this hotel is a scam i i had a room booked on the 24th may 2026 how ever when i went there sunni the receptionist said hot water is not working so they gave me an option to cancel which i opted for when i asked for proof he started to stutter oh you will get an email n refund will be processed in 5 working days here i am 5 days after writing a review they still have not issued my refund they keep makeing excuses so im short of money £55.04 now i have rang several times and they keep saying they management is not then one colleague is sayin sunni is the assistant manager so his lied from the start i will be letting others know n takeing this further they customer service is appalling i will not give up until i get my refund they no help at all
