  The room was nice but unfortunately the bed wasn't very comfy and neither were the pillows. Had a terrible night's sleep hence the 3 star review. Also, I felt the room was overpriced.

  We had a great experience, all the team was very kind and helped us in every possible way. We much enjoyed the breakfast that included sausages, baked beans, hash brown, fruits, cereals and good coffee. Excellent location too and close to shops. We would definitely come back. Thank you!

  My girlfriend and I stay here each visit to Wakefield. The room is pleasant. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is tasty. The tv has plenty of channels. The beds are soft and a great sleep. The price is always reasonable. We can't ask for more.

  We stayed there for 2 nights. The room size was good breakfast was ok, basic. But cleanliness was not impressive. There were so much dust in the room, and the housekeeper told me herself that they dont do much cleaning, just make the bed and change the towels. Ive been to many Holiday Inn Express, and this seems to be my biggest concerned now. Cuz I have allergies if its not clean or dusty i know instantly with sneezing non-stop. The Location wasnt bad, but at night it kinda feels not safe to walk around, daytime is no problem. But over all the staffs helps with the rating to be honest, they were nice and friendly especially the lady at breakfast, who was nice enough to smile even though we sat a bit pass the breakfast time. And the price are fair enough for everything. If only you improve the cleanliness, it would be a whole lot better. Overall the rest is good.
