Me and my wife stopped off here for one night on our way down to Weymouth, and as always with premier inn we weren't let down!! We chose the plus room with was clean, well presented and quite. There was plenty of parking available but don't forget to enter your car reg at reception to avoid a parking fine. Plenty on offer in our room with a coffee maker, iron ,kettle and a fridge. Only let down was our evening meal ! My wife paid extra for chips and upon which she had to ask for because they didn't come with here meal and I was supposed to get chips included with my meal and I never got any !!!! But apart from this the staff etc were excellent.

Somehow, the pictures on the Facebook page that show the location is abit misleading. But the property itself, though dated was well maintained, despite there being no lift for my disabled partner, which with it having only 2 floors wasn't the end of the world, the bar and food was adequate and filling, if not spectacular but always cooked and warm. I did feel for the few staff members there as they where clearly rushing and trying to manage too many guests. The company should really allow them more hours and more staff.

Hotel room is good as expected but the breakfast was very poor. We stood and waited for someone to greet us at the entrance but we eventually gave up and found a table. Can only assume that it was the chefs very first day cooking as he appeared to be very confused, with hardly any food items out ready. The toaster was broken and there poor choice of continental options. Food was not very good quality but the mushrooms were ok. Everyone had to clear their own tables as the staff couldn't be bothered. Definitely not worth the extra purchase!

I stayed here for four nights in May (Mon-Thurs) and I had a perfect stay. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet, and it was certainly worth paying a bit extra for the additional features a Premier Plus room has. The large car park was an important added bonus - there was never any issue with finding a parking space, so no stress there. No noise in the evening, so I slept very well indeed. I can't comment on the food at the hotel as I relied on the M&S supermarket that's just a 5-minute walk away for sustenance. Also, the Park&Ride bus into Salisbury is only an 8-minute walk away, so it's easy to visit the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I'd happily stay again next time I'm in the area. Thank you.
