  Checked in on the touchscreen and the key didn’t work. Lady at reception said the machines don’t work, what’s the point in having them there. Lady on reception didn’t explain anything to us whatsoever and we didn’t know where we had to go to get to our rooms and then found out it was in a separate building out of the back. No lift. Everywhere smelt like dirty laundry, including my room. Couldn’t sleep due to constant humming vibrating noise drumming through my head even with earplugs in. Bed very comfortable pillows amazing. Breakfast was really lovely, I enjoyed it very much. Good parking, 10 minute taxi ride into Salisbury town Centre. I don’t feel the room was worth the money due to the smell and the lack of sleep.

  Staff were not good at all unfortunately. Rooms were nice. Comfy and clean, can’t complain about the nights sleep, if you are just checking in and sleeping it’s fine, if you are eating/interacting with staff, they were generally very rude, speaking to us like we are stupid and causing an issue simply for asking for no tomato in a burger. It’s all very well having a self check in but if there is an issue before or after your stay you cannot get hold of anyone at reception. I have called 5 times so far and absolutely nothing.

  Brilliant Premier Inn. Stayed for 1 night in a family room. Check-in was swift on the screens, dead easy. Lady was friendly on reception. Parking Free and large car park! Our room was in the Annex, room was modern, big TV, large room and comfy beds. Perfect! WiFi great! Paid £60 odd quid for a family room absolute bargain! Perfect for a visit to Longleat Safari park. Highly recommend!

  Zimmer wie in allen anderen Premier Inn. gute Matrazen, leise, kostenfreie Parkplätze. kurze Fahrt in die Stadt mit dem Auto. Frühstück wie üblich englisch, gewohnte Premier Inn Qualität. Personal an Rezeption eher langsam. Check in in der App und am Automaten funktioniert nicht richtig. Zimmerkarte kam keine raus. Auf Klingeln wurde recht spät reagiert - Wartezeit schätzungsweise 7-8min (gegen 19.30). Dann nur eine Zimmerkarte richtig codiert. Am nächsten Morgen hat die Kollegin ca 4 min gebraucht eine neue zu codieren. Leider haben sie sich auch ständig selbst entladen und wir hatten das Problem häufiger.

  Sh.. shower and sleep is all you need but rude staff, "managers" who admit they don't know how to check in guests, no spare milk? (which runs out daily), and a cook who runs out of the most basic ingredients for breakfast, such as EGGS, sausages, BEANS and tomatos and refuses to cook more (over a 4 day stay only 1 day had full breakfast availability) puts a bit of a damper on the stay, if you charge 11.99 for breakfast each day, it's a bit cheeky to not even have it all there. Plus kitchen and FOH staff actively arguing Infront of customers in the bar is the height of unprofessionalism.
