Odd. 25 mins in a que to get my room key reprogrammed. Staff member says he has tooth ache. I feel for him. But keeps disappearing to drink some water whilst there are 6 or 7 people waiting. He needs help. No one helping him. Go to order food. Order two starters. A one hour wait. Bar staff are really nice. Reception needs help.
