I am staying here for 2 nights. The room smelt damp, which directly impacts my sleeping quality. Luckily, today is my last night. I can’t wait to check out and get back to my own bed tomorrow night. It’s a poor experience, definitely not recommend to book in this hotel. However, I also need to highlight that the cleaner I met this morning is super helpful, she already tried her best to get rid of the smell for me while I was away in the daytime. By the way, the window can’t open and bathroom fan doesn’t work also.

I have never stayed in a dirtier or more run down hotel room in my life. The bathroom was so run down we couldn’t even use it.
Would not recommend staying in this hotel, shocking. Still can’t believe it.
You need to find some pride for your business and your customers.

Dreadful and NEVER again. Had previously stayed on four different occasions but my visit at the end of April was marred two nights running with a family of 3 young children being allowed to jump on and off beds until late in the evening and again wacky morning. I complained to Duty Msnagement both on first morning and then second morning on Check Out who apologised but when I contacted Premier In. HQ they denied I had ever complained. Food served is from a limited menu downstairs in what used to be bedrooms when previously it was in an adjoining building with courteous staff and a wide selection of dishes. Dumbarton Premier Inn is NO LONGER on my list of overnights! DREADFUL. P. YOUDEN. Travel Journalist

Dirty, tired room. No lemonade at bar and choice of 2 cocktails, despite advertising a whole list. Breakfast had no plates, bread, sausages, orange juice, fried eggs or potato scones. Also no clean tables. Expensive for what it was and an embarrassment to Scotland. We're better than this.
