  Absolutely diabolical customer service from this hotel. Auto check in so no one on the desk when arrived (this is important to the rest of the experience), went down for a meal at 6.30 to be told name was not down on the list so they would not serve. There was 2 people in the restaurant at the time so plenty of space, still could not get in because name was not on the list. Gave up and went to McDonalds. Worse was to come as breakfast was booked with the room but they refused entry because name was not on the list!! Reception staff didn't care so left hungry! DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT FOOD OR ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

  Luckily, there were no parking charges from Friday to Sunday. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, with free gifts for the children. The complimentary breakfast buffet was also plentiful.

  Come over for the retro festival and choose here as last year our other hotel was terrible here, the room is spacious and the grounds are beautiful, staff have been very accommodating, and to top everything off the kids ate for free in the onsite restaurant the only improvement I'd suggest is you put fridges in the rooms and have more storage space for clothes

  Seem a bit under staffed as one person was checking in then serving at the bar and taking food to people's table...well done you.

  Another fantastic example of premier inn excellence! This is by far one of the most stand out premier inn experiences I’ve had with the beautiful exterior presentation and fantastic inside bar with some tables outside to catch the sun. My compliments to Arianna who served me with speed and enthusiasm, she was a shining example of an employee and credit to the business with exemplary customer service!
