Great hotel with excellent service. The manager was very friendly and helpful, and the chef prepared delicious food. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended! 😊

Had a small issue over my stay with some noisy neighbours was sorted very quickly by the lady on the desk and we continued to enjoy our stay. Can't blame the hotel for the quality of other guests and we would definitely return. Only thing I would say to watch was the wait times at dinner between sitting and getting ordered was over 15 mins which if we had other plans might have been an issue. Overall good stay thanks premier inn

Overall a good weekend but couple of issues which detracted from the stay.
Nicely placed, parking, right near Tesco/retail park, close to local nature reserve area for a walk.
Staff were friendly, place was clean.
HOWEVER...
-Staff were hard to find during the day if you wanted a drink at the bar, there's no bell or way to summon bar Staff.
-Room doors are not adequately sound proof. People are inconsiderate and don't respect signs asking them to be quiet, so get some better doors. Anyone in the corridor might as well have been in the room with us. No good for a light sleeper.
-Finally, bathroom has no toilet brush, which is disgusting when you are sharing with someone you respect and would rather not expose them to your skid marks.

Honestly bad experience, no staff at front desk took almost twenty minutes for someone to appear just to get my room. Room was "apparently ready" (it was after check in time) but when I went up there was cleaning stuff and the door was wide open ( no staff in sight.) Took almost an hour for the cleaning stuff to be removed and staff member was clearly annoyed that I also asked them to clean up the half eaten chocolate bar that was left on the floor by previous guests. Bed sheets had hair and brown spots on them, so I asked for them to be changed while I was out only to come back and see they had made the bed but when I moved the cover the sheet still had hair and the same brown spots (clear they had not been changed) So I asked again for them to be changed and the staff member just repeatedly insisted they had been changed in the end I was given sheets and had to change them myself. I have stayed in many premier inns with little to no problems but this one was the worst. Will not be returning.

When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely member of staff, he was very helpful with getting us checked in.
The room was a standard premier inn room and very clean.
We headed down to the bar for drinks and food. The same lad who helped at check in served us an again was amazing. The experience changed when we ordered food. We had to ask where our food was as we had been waiting about 30-40 mins. We got no explanation or apology. The food was ok.
The lad that checked us in was working a second 16 hour shift. I really wish I had asked his name cause he was phenomenal and a credit to premier inn.
