Great hotel, clean, comfortable, spacious, nice decoration, great shower! We had family room, seperate area for bunk beds, we all were comfy, good pillows, windows open a little bit so at least can get fresh air, quiet. Restaurant and tavern a minute walk across boardwalk-it is expensive though and busy (adult buffet £28). Tables and chairs are big and heavy and felt a bit packed in especially for a buffet so can be tricky moving around. Staff were friendly and polite. Great kids playground, and kids evening entertainment (outside so bring a coat!) around 5.30-7.30. Would definitely recommend the hotel, carpark right outside.

The rooms are quite spacious considering the amount of beds (king size, bunk bed and pull out bed), made with families and kids in mind. It’s quite ‘cheaply’ made but has everything you need. The location is amazing, so quiet and peaceful, we all slept amazingly. The playground is very handy for around dinner and breakfast time. Breakfast is included but not great, it has basic stuff like cereals, pancakes, some hot food but quality of the products is very poor and very poor choices, e.g, fruits for kids was only watermelon and defrosted forest fruit. The dinner at the knights table was really bad, we gave it a try as it was convenient and menu looked alright but nothing about it was good. E.g, beef bourguignon had no beef… there was probably few pieces when restaurant opened but not at 6 when we went, just sauce with mushrooms… chicken and prawn fajita had no prawns and no wraps… just some chicken with seasoning. The bolognese for kids had no sauce… just few scattered pieces of minced meat… And the list goes on. Literally nothing was as described on the menu or how it should be and quality of ingredients used was also very poor. So don’t bother, for that money you can have a decent, quality, delicious meal outside of the castle hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a Warwick Castle lodge. Everything was nice and clean. Entertainment was more than perfect. The only downside was Saturday evening dinner. We had to wait over an hour for our food. It was clear that the hotel/restaurant was not ready to handle the amount of guests. And to be clear, this was not due to lack of commitment from the personnel. They were working at their max. This is more a management issue... Also, the entertainment team had to work in the pouring rain. I would recommend some form of shelter for these activities for them (and the kids). There is a tent, however the tent was full of dining customers (as in more load for the restaurant). Because of that we give "only" 4 stars. Again, props for the personnel! They could use a little help.

We stayed at the Warwick Castle Knight's Village and it was a really fun experience overall. The Knight’s Village itself is genuinely cool—something a bit different and perfect if you want to extend the whole castle experience. There was loads of entertainment running into the evening (until around 8ish), and the entertainers were genuinely very good—engaging without being over the top. Small detail, but the body wash and shampoo selection was surprisingly great—felt a bit more premium than you’d expect. Breakfast was also really nice, with a good range and decent quality. A couple of minor gripes: there didn’t seem to be enough knives available at breakfast, which was a bit odd. Also, the bathroom could really do with a shelf or somewhere to put a toiletries bag—felt like a bit of a miss on practicality. Overall though, a really enjoyable stay and a great way to make a trip to the castle feel a bit more special.

Great place to stay. Lodges are small but great just for sleeping. Nice to have somewhere to sit out. Hotel did something special for the birthday, which was nice. Knights Tavern should have opened at noon, but by 12.15 had to find someone w to open up, was told he was running late. Didn't eat apart from breakfast which for a buffet was very good. The only thing that spoilt the stay was the elephant in the lodge next door, staff at reception did say we could move but luckily they only stayed 1 night otherwise we would have moved. There is quite a incline walk to get up to the castle entrance, bear that in mind. Othersie a very enjoyable stay.
