  Paid extra for plus room. Well worth it. The room was spacious comfortable and well designed wetroom. The only thing letting it down is the amount of pull doors between entrance and room. Being a wheelchair user and it being an adapted room is expect doors to be better. Staff were lovely though. Parking is a multi storey nextdoor at £5 a day paid before we realised there are some disabled parking spaces outside the entrance, it didn't say this on the site.

  Stayed and the rooms were great. Had a meal downstairs, and even though there was only one couple and our group of 5, the service was incredibly slow, to the point we had to hunt for staff to clear our mains and bring us desert. The food in fairness was delicious, just the "lack of staff" (2x on duty serving) and slow service let it down. The location is wonderful, definitely take the stairs to view the skylight if nothing else.

  6 of us went for Breakfast 8/5/2026 to celebrate my friends 60th birthday Food was a Buffet style hot food cereal toast fruit@fruit juice Tea coffee hot chocolate@kids eat free Plenty of choice@food@drink 2 choose from Well worth £10.99 per person would recommend to people Regards Karen Gregor

  I stayed for 5 nights, nice room, shops close by, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing, I would 100% stay again only downside was the Tv signal was awful some nights it was that bad i couldn’t watch it! Other than that really nice place!

  Me and my wife had the belgrave plaza booked for a month however there was a flood the day before our check in date which meant we had to be moved to this hotel things happen! Upon arrival we where promptly greeted and checked in by Ollie who insisted on our complementary breakfast for the inconvenience! We decided to buy some food which was fantastic we where served by a young man called Tom he was very friendly and attentive. The actual building itself if stunning and so old I would defo recommend this hotel and not only this one but Premier inn in general is fantastic!!
