  I often stay at this hotel as my office is very close, and I find the combination of convenience and price to be very appealing. The location is maybe 10miles from my office, and if you book through the official site, your vehicle is covered for the overnight stay and the service route, which allows you to access the other side of the motorway services, as opposed to a 20mile turnaround. Staff have always been helpful when I stay, with advice on enrolling into the loyalty program - which has already given me several free nights stays, through to resolving the very few room / key card issues that I have had. Ample parking, good range of services, and very professional staff, have made this my base when working around Coventry. Rooms are simple and clean, walk in showers are very good, and the linen for the bed is always fresh.

  Reasonably close to the NEC and quite cheap. First room had the smell of cigarette smoke (despite being a non smoking room) - surely the cleaner should have reported and fixed this? Was given a replacement room which was OK but I discovered there was next to no shower gel left (when of course it was too late to report this). I had pre-booked breakfast, only to be told it wasn't available for the next 3 days. I'm supposed to get a refund when the manager returns....why they couldn't have pre-approved the refund, I don't know. There are EV chargers in the car park and the usual fast food places in the services. Nothing special but acceptable. In the morning, the lorries that were packed just behind the hotel were honking their horns...just as well I was already awake.

  Very happy with a very clean and tidy and well looked after room. Good clean towel, and sheets. Comfy bed gave a good night's sleep.

  Stayed here on the 8th April and I arrived at around 7-8pm, this should help see who was on the front desk as I didnt catch her name. She was VERY welcoming, lovely lady :) Was a little worried about the noise with all the lorries but it wasnt too bad. I was very suprised at how nice the rooms where being a budget hotel, I would 10000% choose again over other competitors, I really liked the shower in the rooms, didnt get a bad back/neck sleeping either.. result!
