  Expectations were pretty low for a budget stay (I paid less than £50) alongside the M40, but even then the hotel didn't meet them. While the staff were helpful, and the room was sufficiently sizeable (if INCREDIBLY hot), the fact that the most basic levels of cleanliness hadn't been met means I'd have been better off spending more money elsewhere. A filthy bathroom and stained pillow cases (both pictured), and ants in the room (on the upper floor!) aren't what I expect at any price. Beyond that, the room was fine in size, the bed comfortable enough, and the facilities acceptable for the price point. But that's not enough to save it, so I won't be back.

  Cheap hotel thats nice enough ruined by corporate greed. If you book through booking . Com they will charge you for car parking per car. Just crap practice do better

  This hotel was perfect for our stopover. Very clean, staff pleasant, bed comfortable which resulted in a good night's sleep and with breakfast included proved excellent value for money. Exactly what you would expect for a motorway hotel.

  House keeping very nice and helpful also reception staff, like the little touch outside flowers and lights on the trees as you walk up to hotel, only thing wrong reported usb plugs by bed was not working on day one, 3 days later still not been done have said to reception everyday about it.
