  The room we stayed in was lovely and very quiet. We really enjoyed the castle and the evening entertainment. The two knights sword fighting were hilarious! The food however - the "buffet" the food was absolutely dreadful and very expensive. The tavern served better food but very basic. Breakfast much better. Also didn't see the point of booking a time slot when people who hadn't booked were still being given tables when they were clearly pretty much full so still ended up waiting around.

  The room was clean and lovely, and the online check in was really easy. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The entertainment was amazing, especially the actors and actresses. They were so lovely and took the time to come over before the show and have pictures with me, which was such a nice touch and really appreciated. The only thing I would say is that the dinner buffet selection could be a little better, especially for the price It would also be great to have direct access between the hotel and the castle, as this would make things much easier and more convenient for hotel guests Overall, we had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our experience 🏰❤️

  Stayed in this hotel for 1 Night.The room is overall good, the mattress is comfortable enough and there is a TV and plugs . The breakfast , you have to walk a bridge to go there. The breakfast was OK , normal British breakfast but the pastries were a little soggy and the pastry crumbled easily on the pain au chocolat. Overall good but beware of the breakfast

  The rooms on the bed there’s a little bit hair don’t know why the service was a little bit good but the location you have to walk 24 minutes or take the bus I’d rather you take bus there is also a bus to Leamington spa

  Clean, comfortable and well-designed family rooms. Hotel staff are welcoming and helpful. Lots of parking. Short walk to the Castle. Evening entertainment was very good, pitched at children aged 3-9. Breakfast was very nice. Restaurant is expensive for the evening meal but is all-you-can-eat. We had a mixed experience: first night food was delicious and there was lots of choice; second night at same time (18.30), the buffet was a sea of empty bowls. We didn’t stay as there was no sign of food coming out of the kitchen after waiting 10 minutes. We were told the chef had gone home unexpectedly! Instead we ate at the food counter in the outdoor play area. The burgers were very tasty and freshly cooked. Be aware that the gift shops in the Castle are very expensive. £25 for a small Zog stuffed toy.
