Car parking is a nightmare. Not enough spaces.
Breakfast bread toaster only warm the bread ( they need new ones or replacement elements)
Staff were friendly, rooms were clean but as you'd expect them to be.

Booked a Sunday night break and took advantage of Premier Plus room at a good price. Visited Royal Leamington Spa for the day, a lovely place to look round. Received a warm welcome from chap on reception and also a lady who might have been the manager who came past whilst we checked in. Excellent room on top floor with comfy bed, good air con, fancy coffee maker, kettle and fridge with water included. Great bathroom with walk-in shower and nice toiletries. Parking was OK on the Sunday evening. We didn't eat here as we'd got other plans for dinner. It is walkable into Warwick centre if you're able and happy to do it...we like to walk after dinner! Would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a perfect stay. We booked a 3 night stay at a good price at very short notice on a Saturday evening, following a horror show with our short term rental accommodation. The room was excellent - everything you know you’ll get with premier inn - super comfy bed, blackout blinds, good shower, spotlessly clean. We appreciated the room aircon in the heat and had very restful sleep. The staff were fantastic - everyone we came across. We had dinner one night and breakfast (on the excellent value meal deal). Rhina, Favour and manager Emma were all fantastic and gave us great, cheerful and attentive service, making for a relaxed dinner. At breakfast Kayleigh went the extra mile bringing us pints of iced water and making me a decaf coffee after they had cleared everything away. Similarly a very friendly member of the kitchen staff (whose name I didn’t catch) was happy to wait clearing the buffet away for me to get a late cooked breakfast. Well done to the whole team. We will definitely be back.

Sadly, yet another poor experience with Premier Inn. Firstly, cleanliness is not their strong point. Although this was significantly better than our last few experiences, there were still some serious issues. If they can't clean what you can see, it does make you wonder what else isn't clean!
The bath had some very obvious dirt, which is pure carelessness. It's not exactly rocket science to clean a bath. This dirt had clearly been there for some time. To also find dirty plates and bowls put out in the restaurant is, quite frankly, disgusting.
Check-in was a faff. The desk wasn't manned, so we were forced to use one of the machines. It was a slow and unwieldy process. Would have been much nicer to have had a receptionist, although partway through, one did turn up and helped us finish registration. She asked if we were eating in, and we said that we had the meal deal (which she would have known if she had checked us in herself!). We booked a table for dinner. It was only after we went to the room that we realised we hadn't been told when breakfast was served. There was no information in the room.
The service in the restaurant was also poor. To be fair, the staff were pleasant - there just weren't enough of them. 2 hours for a chain restaurant meal is not really satisfactory. There were also quite a few items not available. We waited over a quarter of an hour to be given the dessert menu after our main course plates had been cleared (no one checked if our meal was OK either), and then waited ages for the dessert order to be taken and even longer to receive it.
In fact, we were watching the sole waitress and caught her eye when she came out of the kitchen. The look on her face suggested that she had forgotten us, and she promptly returned to the kitchen and brought out our food!
On the plus side, the food itself was excellent, although it was served on cold plates, so it wasn't as hot as it should have been. Unusually, the free WiFi actually worked!
The hotel is a bit out of the centre, and not easy to get to on foot. Considering that, it came across as rather pricey.
