  The lodges at Warwick Castle Knights village are great, really well laid out so you're not looking into eachothers windows. Well equipped for an overnight stay ready to refresh for a visit of the Castle grounds. Accommodation staff in the reception where very friendly and helpful. On the evening we visited the Tavern for food and drinks, two of the Knights in armour came into the bar, they were having great banter with the visiting adults and interacting with all of the kids, even allowing the kids to try out their reenactment swords. The only thing that was a let down was the bar staff in the Tavern in the evening. They was too busy flirting with the Knights in armour that one of the girls messed us our order of drinks and food.

  We had an amazing time at Warwick Castle! The staff - FANTASTIC, cabins - super comfortable, grounds - beautiful. Such a fabulous weekend for the whole family. Our son is autistic and can really struggle with new experiences. His disability is invisible and can come across as misbehaviour. But the staff were so engaging and kind and patient with him, it was such a relief for us all. He was given the time and space to feel comfortable and join in when ready. We didn’t feel judged or pressured to take him away when he was struggling. Such a pleasure. YOU HAVE TO SEE THE FALCONER’S QUEST! It blew us away. Thank you to all the amazing staff at Warwick Castle!

  Wanted to visit Warwick castle so booked Warwick castle hotel which is 6min from the castle with parking included. Nice hotel clean and friendly staff the breakfast was very nice but was disappointed with evening meal and very pricey so the following evening we went to Warwick town centre where there was lots of choice.

  Knight’s Village itself is a lovely place to stay, but the experience was seriously let down by some incredibly inconsiderate families. During the outdoor performance, adults as well as children were coming right up to, around and even onto our veranda because of the audience participation. Afterwards, it got worse, with families cutting through the lodge area as if it were a public footpath. We even moved the benches to make it obvious that our veranda was part of our accommodation, not public seating. Somehow, even that wasn’t enough of a hint for some people. Children running around someone else’s veranda is rude enough, but adults standing around or using it isn’t exactly considerate either. Paying guests shouldn’t have to feel like their lodge and veranda are simply another part of the attraction. There’s also a genuine safety issue. The lodges have kettles and facilities for hot drinks, so someone suddenly running across a veranda while a guest is holding boiling tea could very easily cause an accident. I could have been petty and started running across everyone else’s verandas, but I’m not inconsiderate enough to treat somebody else’s paid accommodation like a public shortcut. Knight’s Village really needs clearer signage or, at the very least, some way for guests to make it clear that their veranda is private and they aren’t currently looking to welcome the entire village onto their paid accommodation. One other thing I’d really like to see improved is the cleanliness of the footpaths between the lodges, the canteen and the hotel building. There was quite a lot of bird mess around, and as someone who’s a bit of a germaphobe — or frankly anyone with a sensible level of hygiene — having to constantly watch where you’re stepping is pretty unpleasant. As I said, lovely accommodation — but some of the families staying or visiting around 21 August 2026 seriously needed to learn some boundaries and basic consideration for other guests 😉

  Staying at Knight’s Village at Warwick Castle was a lovely experience and a perfect way to make our visit to the castle even more special. The Woodland Lodges are surrounded by trees and greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from the noise and rush of everyday life. Our lodge was beautiful, cosy and very comfortable. It had a charming woodland style that fitted perfectly with the surroundings, and after spending the day exploring Warwick Castle, it was wonderful to come back somewhere so calm. The beds were comfortable, the lodge was clean and well organised, and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable overnight stay. One of the best things about staying in Knight’s Village is the location. Being so close to Warwick Castle makes it very convenient, particularly if you want to enjoy the attractions without rushing home afterwards. Waking up surrounded by woodland also makes the experience feel more like a short countryside holiday. The whole area felt peaceful and family-friendly, and the natural setting was beautiful, especially in the evening and early morning. Overall, we really enjoyed our overnight stay. The combination of a comfortable lodge, beautiful woodland surroundings and relaxing atmosphere made it memorable. I would definitely recommend the Woodland Lodges for anyone visiting Warwick Castle who wants to turn their day trip into a relaxing overnight break.
