  Staff here are so lovely...friendly full of info and all have a great personality.. .love staying here so clean ..so cool with air con 😎 need it this week...daughters wedding...we have 9 rooms

  I came from Deutschland to Ragley Hall and my Boss booked me in to this Hotel!! Check in was very fast and really frendly!! My room was as I aspeccted,Clean,climated,Had First to cool down to See everything!! Outside was 36'C!! Bathroom was super Clean and very nice smell!! I was pleasurlly suprised!! Very nice!! Notice:you have to pay parking at reception ,If you can't do IT,you will get Help fast!! 22pounds for 4 days!! Don't have nothing negative about my experience!! Very nice Hotel!! And big + is USB charging Points in room!! I didn't have Adapter for England Power Charge!!

  Breakfast is sub-standard at best, some (not all) staff members are coarse, but what made the experience here especially awful was that someone - the manager most probably- decided to do the water tank repairs from 11 PM to 3 AM, making such a racket that even earplugs couldn’t suppress the noise enough for me to be able to fall asleep. This is the opposite of guest-centred mindset, resulting in just two hours of sleep, completely ruining my performance at work for the next day. Avoid this place, if you want to get value for your money.

  Terrible room comfort and facilities – Not worth the premium weekend price My family and I stayed here over the weekend, and unfortunately, it was a highly disappointing experience. For the high price we paid, we expected a comfortable stay, but we could have found much better accommodations elsewhere. The Downsides: Awful Beds: The adult mattress was completely sunken in the middle (you could feel the massive dip when lying down). I woke up with severe back pain after just one night. The sofa bed was also terrible—so soft that you just sink straight into the back frame with zero support. Abysmal Water Pressure: We stayed on the ground floor, yet the shower water pressure was practically non-existent. The water was just dripping/trickling out, making it incredibly difficult to even rinse off or clean your body. Poor Soundproofing: The walls and doors are very thin. We were constantly disturbed by children running up and down the corridors and dogs barking loudly from nearby rooms. Chaotic Breakfast: The breakfast itself was actually good—there was a nice selection of food, it was hot, and the staff refilled items quickly. However, the dining area was completely chaotic and disorganized, making it an unpleasant environment to eat in. Summary: While the hot breakfast was a small plus, the lack of sleep, poor shower, and constant noise ruined our stay. Location for Warrick Castle is a plus. But given the premium weekend rates, we definitely expected better quality. We will not be returning.

  Excellent, affordable hotel with everything needed for a restful stay. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and very comfortable, the hotel is spotlessly clean, and there are useful extras including discounted parking, fast DC EV chargers on site, a bar and a restaurant. Although it is close to the motorway, I heard no motorway noise at all. It is also close to a McDonald’s, which may matter to some, and it is not luxurious in a spa-and-swimming-pool sense, but I had no noise or nuisance and slept extremely well in a big, comfortable bed. The staff were amazing: exceptionally helpful and professional. I travel a lot, and this is exactly the kind of hotel that gets the important things right. I could not praise it more highly.
