  Very tired rooms in need of an injection of cash to bring them up to standard. The family rooms with sofa beds are 'bijou'- aka small! Air con wasn't working in our room, so made do with keeping window open (also lift was out of order for maintenance). McDonald's next door to hotel, so we were treated to the sound of a reversing vehicle at quarter to 1 in the morning 😬. You do have to pay for parking, although this is a reduced rate as a hotel guest. Good location for Warwick Castle....however I would recommend the other IHG nearby for more modern rooms and a better breakfast! Here the breakfast is included, however there is no fresh fruit and the offering is basic. Company would be better off stopping the included breakfast and using that money to reinvest in bringing the rooms up to standard. Ths staff were friendly- I think they're prob given a rough time of it by customers claiming about the sub-standard facilities though. On check-in, another guest was being switched to a different room as their air con was broken.

  It's a great place good staff, paid parking but not to much. Ev charging at maccys next door. Lift broken on visit but no problem for me. Enjoyed and there breakfast great. Thanks to staff and managers for pleasant stay. Oh and if you still reading it's not to far from car museum trip, we'll worth popping in.

  We stayed 2 nights in a family room and has the best experience. Location. It is very well situated between Stratford and Warwick, very easy to find. Service It was my birthday, and they had added some simple things to help celebrate, like they had decorated the room for our arrival. Every member of staff was friendly and approachable, and we had a good laugh with the staff and other customers on our first night. Food The breakfast buffet was well catered for. The hash browns were not the best, but everything else on the menu was good and well supplied. Room The family room was very spacious and clean. Our bed was comfortable. The kids slept well on the sofa bed. Highly recommended. Price For the four of us, including breakfast, I thought it a very good price. I paid almost as much for one meal in Warwick. Conclusion We used it as a base for exploring Stratford and Warwick, and it delivered.

  I made a booking through booking.com who were very helpful but due to having to cancel late due to being needed at home for my disabled children they didn't deem this enough to aid me in cancelling my booking with out having to pay the full cost of the room, I think this is discussing as im basically being charged for needing to be there for my disabled children and had to cancel my plans! Will not be recommending or using again if this is the case

  Das Hotel ist ein direkter Nachbar zu einer Mc Donalds Filiale. Unser unklimatisiertes Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss, das wäre eigentlich kein Problem, wenn nicht gegen 2 Uhr nachts Mc Donalds Kunden direkt vorm Fenster sehr laut gewesen wären. Das Zimmer war funktional und sauber. Das Frühstück war gut und es wurde immer frisch nachgelegt.
