  Comfortable room, immaculately clean but serviced is poor. Housekeeping staff were very friendly, but desk staff and restaurant staff seemed disinterested. Breakfast was poor: no hot options for vegetarian or vegan guests and staff did not do a good job of keeping the buffet stocked. Will not be returning.

  We went for the upgrade deluxe room £ 100. There was no wardrobe, only 5 hangers next to a mirror. No bath .Espresso machine didn't work. Limited coffee, sugar etc. . Our supposedly river view, looked over an industrial site selling sofas. . Check out was at 12, but housekeeping knocked the door at 11.05 wanting to clean the room. For an upgraded room, it was disappointing. I don't know what the difference was to a standard.

  I normally don't bother with reviewing hotels but I made an exception with this one. It was a pleasure staying at this Premier Inn. The bathroom had a beautiful walk in shower and the room itself was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed a drink outside overlooking the canal which was lovely. The staff were brilliant and the food delicious. It's a short walk into town which is an added bonus. I can't fault this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

  Stayed here Monday for the night and welcomed by a perfectly nice lady who dealt with us well. Booked in with no problems. Arrived at the room and had the feeling it was smaller than I imagined on the photograph advertised, can’t deny that the bathroom was pleasant enough, a shame no bath included as I though there would be considering it was a premier plus room that we paid for. Coffee and tea selection was a bit limited and no instructions how to use the espresso machine. Having said that the bed was totally comfortable to sleep in, though was surprised to receive a knock on the door in the morning from a staff member wanting to clean the room at least an hour before the 12pm exit time. In a nut shell, it was ok, but considering it’s rated a premier plus room, and the few extras included, I don’t think your getting much more than a standard double room fit the extra price,

  Ideal location when visiting Stratford upon Avon. Premier plus rooms we feel are overpriced ok if you want ironing boards etc. The real let down is the food we received last night you couldn’t get a fork in the chips as they were very hard cooked to a frazzle and the coleslaw was just sauce. The bread was rock hard. My husbands dish was suppose to be chicken goujons with white rice and in a curry sauce which he said was tasteless. Needless to say it was left. We’ve never had cause to complain at the premier inns we have visited in the past maybe it’s time to find an alternative.
