- JHJake Harmer5 days ago2.0The rooms were clean and well presented, the only thing that let it down was the restaurant and wait times. It was not the fault of the staff as they were clearly understaffed and doing everything they could but at one point there were 7 people waiting for a receptionist. When I was sat down it would've been easier to say what was available on the menu rather then what wasn't as there were a lot of out of stock items which are probably a staple on any menu

- HTHeather ToyneJun 9, 20264.0Our first experience of a premier inn, we chose a premier plus room. The bed was extremely comfy, the room temperature perfect and adjustable and fantastic WiFi. Great location for town with parking available at £7 for 24 hours. The reason I gave it 4 not 5 stars is that the breakfast was ok but not great - lukewarm scrambled eggs - and the continental breakfast would have been very limited, croissants and toast, plus fruit and cereal.

Quiet hotel. Breakfast was fabulous too, we enjoyed the range. Pretty close to old town to walk, and an easy walk to train station too. Would definitely stay here again x
