  We had a family room, four of us just for a night. Beds were comfortable and we all had a great night. Best thing was in the morning, I went searching for hot chocolate for my daughter's birthday morning. The restaurant worker made the hot chocolate with syrup and big chocolate chips on whipped cream. He made our stay so special and we appreciated it very much. Layout of the hotel is a bit of a maze, but we enjoyed it. Parked across the street at the pub and paid 12 pounds. Fine deal. Thanks all!

  A credit to the Premier Inn company. The staff were so welcoming, the rooms and bathrooms spacious and spotlessly clean. Everything you could want from a hotel stay is provided. It was quiet and dark at night and the window opened enough to allow the fresh air in. Walk out of the front door and across the road and you are bang in the middle of Stratford on Avon. I didn’t use the onsite restaurant but I imagine it would be very useful for business travellers. If ever I am back in Stratford this will be my go to hotel.

  Friendly and very helpful staff. Comfortable beds .. good shower and excellent decor. Breakfast was good value and easy to access. This inn is in a perfect location for the theatre. A great stay. We’ll be back!

  Good stay, air conditioned room with friendly staff. Be warned this place is like a maze and if you struggle with stairs you’d be better looking elsewhere

  We stayed at Premier Inn for my partner’s birthday getaway and were absolutely disgusted to discover mould on one of the spare pillows in our room. When we reported this to reception, the female member of staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional in the way she handled the situation She initially tried to claim the mould was “just dust” and attempted to wipe it away in front of us. Instead, it smeared into a green streak across the pillow, making it obvious that it was mould. She then quickly hid the pillow behind reception rather than properly addressing the issue or apologising. We were made to feel like we were inconveniencing them by reporting a serious hygiene issue. After returning home, I contacted Premier Inn customer services to make a formal complaint, only to be told the issue had been “resolved” because the pillow had been replaced. Simply replacing a mouldy pillow does not change the fact that it should never have been in a guest room in the first place, nor does it excuse the appalling attitude from staff. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a special birthday trip. The lack of hygiene standards, accountability, and customer care is shocking. I will never stay at a Premier Inn again and would strongly advise others to think twice before booking.
