- SASafiri Abantu-Choudhury5 days ago5.0We came just to use their luggage room facilities. Jack was incredibly friendly and helpful in giving advice on best value for booking luggage holding and was very kind in pointing us towards their charity collections. The drop off and pick up was very quick and easy overall. The locations also made it ideal for quickly getting to the station.
- JCJane CrookOct 6, 20264.0When we arrived we had room 2 which is in the basement , there is no view . The lovely lady on reception swapped our room to floor 2 with a view . Great tips from the staff on where to visit
- CSColin sawyerOct 4, 20265.0The hotel was easy to find and staff helped with finding a near by parking for the weekend ! Ther were 3 staff members that went above and beyond their duties ! Luba , Emma , & Amalia so helpful! Premier are very lucky to have these ladies working for them ! Our evening meal was 1st class and the breckfast was perfect ! Stratford upon Avon
- JOJoe OneillOct 4, 20263.0Booked a double room but only given 1 towel. Great location but I think a 4 year old worked out the layout. It's almost impossible to get around inside! Everything on different levels and the signage is woeful. If there was good signage it wouldn't be quite as bad.
- ASAnnie ShrewsburySep 13, 20264.0The hotel itself is shabby and knackered with torn carpets in the communal areas and down the stairs. It's a real mission to get to the lifts, and reception is up 2 flights of stairs before you go anywhere. The staff were lovely and friendly though, and the dinner we had was good despite there being no chef/cook and the reception staff were also the cook, cleaner, and bottle washer! Overall it was a cheap overnight stay and reflected the price we paid.
