  Stayed for our weekend in Stratford, this place was fantastic. I'd recommend trying to stay in the original part of the building (Tudor Rooms) as the character is amazing. Room was very comfortable with a great view overlooking Shakespeares New Place. Breakfast was good, if slightly on the expensive side. Post theatre drinks wasn't the best, the staff seemed surprised they had an influx of customers and struggled to cope.

  We stayed for a night for 3 pax. We got a suite room with two bedrooms with the bathroom in between the two. The hotel location is perfect, near to the various eatery and attractions. Service was great. Helen was very helpful. Breakfast has a menu for hot food selection. However the cold dish was limited and there’s no salad selection. The lounge area with Aircon was a nice place to chill at night. As it was a hot night we had a little portable cooler in our big bedroom and fans on the sampler bedroom. It was a bit noisy and warm at night. It would be cooler if we were to stay a week earlier. The hotel setting is historical and we like the deco in the room and the bathroom, as well as the bar and restaurant area. Parking is per 24 hours at the back of hotel, at 16 pound per night. There’s indoor parking and outdoor parking. Overall it was great stay.

  One night impromptu stay and we were very very pleased with our choice. The staff were fantastically friendly and professional. The room was a standard with a king bed and was perfect. Everything felt considered and clean and fresh. We had barbecue dinner in the garden surrounded by herbs and roses. And the breakfast was exceptional the next day. We had a lovely walk around beautiful Stratford after dinner. The bed was so comfortable and we slept well after two nights of not much sleep. Thank you and we will most definitely be checking out other Hotel Indigos soon.

  Das Hotel ist malerisch und versprüht eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Innenhof ist wunderbar und einladend. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und ausreichend vielfältig. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Unser Zimmer war leider im Erdgeschoss und direkt zur Straße hin, ansonsten war es ein schönes Zimmer. Vielen Dank für die schönen zwei Nächte :)

  The hotel enjoys an excellent location within the historic centre, allowing guests to reach most of the city's key sights on foot. The rooms are generously sized, well maintained, and provide a comfortable stay. The property offers on-site parking, but unfortunately spaces cannot be booked in advance. Given the popularity of the city and the large number of visitors it attracts, securing parking nearby can be challenging. For greater peace of mind, it is recommended to reserve and pay for a space beforehand at the nearby NCP car park. The lack of a parking reservation option at the hotel was a notable drawback. Breakfast is served as a buffet, although the selection is fairly modest. Some additional breakfast items are available only upon request through the serving staff. The arrival experience was less efficient than expected. Despite being the only guests waiting at reception, we were kept waiting for approximately 15 minutes while the receptionist dealt with several telephone bookings. Guests must vacate their rooms by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
