- SNSue Nye5 days ago3.0Room was clean and tidy, just needs a carpet clean. The shower was awful, temperature was very temperamental. Definitely needs an upgrade. Breakfast was not very nice overcooked and not a lot of choice of cereals, all seemed like cheap produce. Pool very small, pictures on line deceiving.

The open areas downstairs were inviting as was the outdoor seating overlooking the river. Room was excellent and really comfortable. Breakfast was special. It ranks near the top of our current hotel breakfast favourites. Thank you Crowne Plaza we will be returning

Rooms are beautiful but we got let down because they didn't service our room 1 day so we came back had to make our own bed then chase around to get clean cups milk,sugar coffee etc, ruined our weekend but hey ho.did email them but just got a wee apology, would go back though, perfect location,
- SRSteve riddleSep 23, 20261.0Super king premium room with club lounge access, really not up to standard. Sink cracked , bath mat yellow, room tatty. Asked for late check out as gold member and refused. Club lounge not restocked. They seem to cater more for functions than hotel guests, wouldn't stay here again. Update I notice Isobel reply has been taken down and now Brad replies, just for clarification I would not accept the points that were offered as the review was to warn others. Perhaps Brad can post pictures when the sink has been replaced. No I will not stay here again as far to many issues, air con has been a major problem as well.
