  We had a superb quiet and comfortable one night. We have been traveling around UK for few days and my teenager son said this was best hotel so far. Very comfy bed and very clean room. Highly recommend it! Roxy at reception was so lovely and helpful. We had a yummy breakfast where chef Shane cooked wonderful food. Thanks Premier Inn!

  I regularly stay at Premier Inns as you know what to expect. This one has stand out friendly service and the crispiest bacon!

  Nice rooms, always clean and well kept. The premier plus rooms are very nice especially when staying for 2-3 nights rather than a one night stop over. Parking is easy staff are fairly friendly and polite. Would visit again.

  Unfortunately on arrival the reception area smelt quite bad and this was also the same in the room. Room wasn't as clean as you expect for a Premier Inn and the bathroom was just the same with some repairs needed to maintain the standard you expect from the cost of the room which was expensive compared to what I normally pay.

  The hotel staff put me in danger due to Allergies… Gluten and Diary allergies which I made 3 different members of staff aware of, firstly the lady when I checked in I told her I have allergies she advised me to speak to morning staff as it depends what food they have in to if they can accommodate allergies, next morning the staff confirmed they had safe foods the guy brought me over the allergy menu and said pick what you want off there we will prepare it separately for you 10 mins later he came back over and said ' actually you can help yourself ' by this point I’d been sat in the restaurant area 25mins and seen other guests cross contaminate most of the food by sharing serving spoons and tongs with different foods even vegetarian tongs had been used for meat on hot food I pointed the cross contamination out to staff and said that’s not safe for me to do to which the lady in a rude tone replied then you should of just told asked us to make it fresh for you and that’s only because I requested a refund on my breakfast as I couldn’t eat there and phoned customer service to report them for putting me in harms way, lady said she’d refund it and no surprise 1 month later and we are still waiting for it and still have had no apology from hotel or the company we’ve stayed many times at this hotel over the years but never experienced anything like this stay.
