Clean, quiet and in good location. Big, free of charge car park. Polite staff, easy checkin/out process. Unlimited breakfast, paid at the time of booking, tasty and enough to choose from. No air con, i had 2 air fans in my room and open window (good), but friends had none and on the ground floor they didn’t want to leave the window open, so for them it was very different experience than mine. Bathrooms have no air ventilation either. Kettle and tea/coffee options in the rooms. Super comfy mattress, pillows and bedding. So gooood to sleep on.
4 stars bc no air con even on hot days.

An excellent Premier Inn. Just bad news about the restaurant & bar are understaffed. The restaurant food was intermittently good or bad. Depending on who was cooking. Come on Premier Inn, do better please.

Really poor experience this time, ended up getting a partial refund....
Room standard was laughable! Curtains hanging off, heavily stained carpet, heating controls not working, bathroom floor drain insecure, rattling ceiling light fitting....
Stayed here overnight post party . Rooms very spacious, clean and condiments plentiful. Bed very comfy. Plenty of free parking, just need to add reg number in. Attached to a Brewers fayre so Plenty of food and drink abailable. Aldi and subway on site too 😋

It should be a universally accepted fact that any business is only as good as the people that operate within that business and advocate for it and represent it in every way. Premier Inn is certainly one of those businesses and though you are guaranteed a clean room and a very comfy bed for the night, you're not always guaranteed the most special of welcomes.
Tonight was a night where we had no choice but unfortunately, due to travel plans being disrupted, we find ourselves stranded in Rugby, having to break up our journey back to Newcastle. On arriving at the Premier Inn we were greeted by the most wonderful receptionist ever, a lady called Agnes, who not only made our spirits far more enriched by her humour and her good charms, she also managed to ensure we had a roof over our heads for the night. Taking an event that could be quite distressing for most people, she turned it into an absolute pleasure. I would actually recommend anyone to come out of their way to visit this Premier Inn.
Next to the hotel is the Central Park Brewers Fair. In here the staff are also friendly and full of energy, making it a really warm welcome. The beer is good, the company is outstanding, so once again Whitbread wins out as it is their people who have championed the experience and made such a simple interaction a memory to cherish forever.
