  Worse hotel I've stayed in for a while. The rooms are sweat boxes with no air con. You get a loud fan but because of there being only one plug socket it's not close to the bed. Food in the bar was god awful small portions and the meat was overcooked and very poor quality. Even the peas tasted funny. The WiFi is very weak I couldn't play videos on anything. Over priced and very poor quality over all

  Agnes is an absolute credit to the Premier team! From the moment you meet her, she is incredibly kind, welcoming and friendly, and she always makes you feel comfortable and valued. She has such a brilliant sense of humour and never fails to make people laugh, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Her warm personality and excellent customer service really stand out, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she interacts with. Staff members like Agnes make such a huge difference, and Premier is very lucky to have her as part of their team. Keep being your amazing, funny and welcoming self, Agnes — you are truly a credit to the team!

  Just like to say how helpful and supportive the staff at this premier inn are, No issue is too small and have made us feel extremly welcome. A massive thanks to Agnus who has gone above and beyond for us this week!

  The room was ok arrived there with a fan turned on it a hot room the beds had hairs on them the shower wasent that great and got woken up at 5am from a knock on the door and also a lot of creaking about most likely not return to this one again left at 6am as couldn’t stay there any longer
