  Rooms need a safe and fridge as standard imo. This hotel can be very expensive but is not reflected in its Internal ir external appearance, needs some cash injection to be brought upto a decent standard, I use purely due to location.

  Rooms well equipped comfortably except no safe and could not get air con to work. Breakfast buffet good. Friendly staff. Is in industry park, taxi ride distance from town centre.

  We stayed here (for B&B) for the first time in over 20 years. We were looking for convenience and free parking! The hotel is clean with excellent front of house staff who all seem brilliant at multi-tasking and one in particular who did everything at 100mph! They work long hours and are helpful and uncomplaining. The backroom staff are also hardworking and very courteous. Our 'Queen' room was perfectly adequate, with a large bed and air-conditioning. Unfortunately we were onver the kitchen extractor fans which are a bit noisy from 6am. The opposite side of the hotel probably has traffic noise instead? We compared breakfast with some other well known chains and it couldn't be faulted (apart from one errant hot drinks machine on the blink, but there was another). The buffet breakfast choice was outstanding, with some slice yourself bloomer bread which makes lovely toast! The bacon and sausages were especially good and there are plenty of choices of fruits, cold meat, cheese, various breads etc.. We didn't eat any evening meals or lunch.The bar sells a choice of draught beers (plus some bottled like bottled BrewDog IPA) and a large glass of wine is 'large' The room pricing structure is obviously 'on demand' and there was a massive difference between the cheapest night and the dearest, but they did have to cope with coach parties on two nights (which didn't affect us at all). This is obviously not set by this hotel, but IHG policy, whose booking pricing structure seems to vary by the hour. We decided to stay an extra night than we originally intended and it was quickly added to allow us to stay in the same room. No complaints at all.

  Disappointing Stay at Holiday Inn Leamington Spa I saw the reviews after booking and thought, surely it can't be that bad. Unfortunately, it actually was. I paid around £200 per night for a Premium room, and honestly, I felt it was very poor value for money. The room was quite small, with a mini fridge, coffee machine and locker. Having these facilities doesn't automatically make a room “Premium”. For comparison, Premier Inn offers a similar level of comfort and facilities for almost £60 less per night. The air conditioning was broken and noisy, which made the room uncomfortable. On top of that, I could hear water flowing through the pipes early in the morning. I assume this was because other guests had started using their bathrooms, but it was still quite disruptive. Breakfast was just okay. Nothing particularly memorable, although free parking was definitely a positive. For around £100 per night, I probably wouldn't have complained too much. But at £200 per night, I expected considerably better. For the quality of the room and overall experience, it felt like a rip-off. There are also some relatively small things that could make a big difference to the customer experience: Fix the air conditioning. Replace the parsley stem body wash — the one provided had a really unpleasant smell, almost like a stinking green bug. Just get whatever you guys keep in Holiday Inn express, the Dove body wash Make the room brighter. It felt quite dark and dull. Unfortunately, the consistently negative reviews don't seem to be helping the hotel improve. They are probably more useful to customers who are trying to decide whether to stay here or avoid it. Overall, I wouldn't choose to stay here again, especially at this price point.

  Rooms are very small, it says premium but no facility. Even drinking water they give only one.
