  The only reason why we booked this hotel was purely because it had AC. To the managers point at no point did anywhere state it was working. Windows don't open, AC is broke and staff think just cause they have a white box on a wall it's ok? 🫣 I imagine after a heavy rain fall they are updating there features to include swimming pool with the logic don't have to state you could swim in it

  We had a massive room with great amenities. Bathroom was nice, staff were very pleasant, and the breakfast was great with plenty of options. We had dinner at the restaurant the night We stayed and we both enjoyed our meals. The parking on site was perfect and location was nice. The ONLY bad thing was the air condition in the room never got below 24C. I could not get the window in the room to open, so it stayed stuffy and miserable all night while trying to sleep. Because of that and only that reason I wouldn't stay again. But everything else was great.

  I'm prompted to do a review because the qr code was over urinal, and what I can say is that it's a Holiday Inn, now bad not great but a decent place. Why I was prompted to.review is that toilet is the best smelling toilet I can remember using, that's got to be worth a review

  Stayed here this weekend for a funeral exhibition, fantastic hotel, spotlessly clean, all staff were welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely, we will certainly be coming back for the next funeral exhibition. Best hotel we've stayed in for a while.

  Stayed 1 night, and upon arrival were kindly given a free upgrade to a King Suite, which was a lovely suprise. Room was huge and as expected spotlessly clean. They had advised us that there was a function there in the evening so be aware that restaurant service would not be as fast as normal during 6-8pm, which was good to know. Drinks on offer were good, and served in cold glasses which was handy as unfortunately their ice machine was broken. Food was good, although they had run out of a few items but hey there were plenty of choices. Nice bright modern eating and seating area which was busy, but didnt feel crowded. A little congested at the bar and seemed a little short of staff but wasnt in a rush so no problems for us. Breakfast the following morning was one of the best self serve set ups we have experienced in a Holiday Inn. Well done to all, really good. Refreshed regularly, hot and everything kept clean and tidy. Quiet area near to Gaydon for the motor museum, would certainly return if in that area. All the staff were friendly and a credit to the company.
