- MCMary CliffordOct 3, 20264.0Service excellent. Food very good. Staff very good. Flush on the toilet terrible. Bed a bit high for short people like me. I got on and it slipped across the floor. Bath very high to get in to for shorties like me. Could do with a lift sign pointing to lift . No safety rail in Bath. Otherwise very good

- EJEli JashuaSep 20, 20265.0Had a really lovely stay, room was simple but well kept, breakfast was nice and quickly served. All the staff were very friendly but Lesley stood out especially very lovely lady and a credit to this Premier Inn!
- LSLisa SpencerSep 8, 20265.0Great stay and experience, from check in to eating in the restaurant. Clean and comfortable room, despite it being an older building. Charlie is amazing and goes above and beyond in the restaurant/bar. Sorry I don’t know all the names of staff we met, . But we felt safe and looked after by all.
- RCRichard CurranAug 20, 20265.0Okay, lets get the negative out of the way. The rooms do need a makeover. A bit of a Timewarp augmented by the miniature TV . The staff are great, really friendly and helpful but one person deserves a special mentioned. Her name is Charlie and it was amazing to watch her single-handedly manage the front of house in the restaurant. There was a large party dining and usually this means delays to other guests even with a full compliment of staff. But to Charlie this was no challenge, guests were served, tables were created and smiles freely given. There are few people in this world who have the ability to make you feel that you are the only customer who matter and Charlie has this talent in abundance along with a serene disposition.
