  27/07/2026 Rooms clean but hot, obviously not the hotels fault. Compliments to today's chef! Breakfast was beautifully cooked. Chef went above and beyond to ensure I had mushrooms cooked how I like them. Fantastic! Chef was so helpful and polite. Good job sir!

  We had a wonderful breakfast at Premier Inn. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was a great selection available. What made our experience truly special was the excellent service provided by Anna and Caroline. They were both incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming, making sure everything was perfect throughout our breakfast. Their warm smiles and attentive service made us feel valued and well looked after. Thank you, Anna and Caroline, for making our morning so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend the Premier Inn breakfast and look forward to visiting again.

  Rooms are comfortable, clean and tidy. No air con or iPod charging sockets only disadvantages. Staff utterly amazing, friendly, hospitable and helpful! Highly recommend for the staff alone! Breakfast was delicious!

  We had a really pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and having a fan in the room was very much appreciated. It made a real difference. The location was great and perfect for what we needed. The real highlight of our stay was the breakfast team on the morning of 2 July. They were such lovely ladies who made us feel so welcome. They were kind, attentive, and it was clear they took real pride in what they do. Their friendly service gave us such a lovely start to our day. Thank you for making our morning so enjoyable. Keep up the wonderful work. You really do make the difference.

  Stayed in room 60, right under the motorway. Very noisy with motorbikes and cars speeding past. Windows only open about 10cm and with this record hot tempers and no air conditioning, that is far from pleasant. So needless to say, we didn’t get any sleep at all!! Our room did have a fan, but blowing hot air around the room isn’t doing much to cool it. To the most positive about this hotel…. The buffet breakfast was utterly delicious. Cocked to perfection by a lovely, what I think, a polish lady. She was very helpful and greeted everybody with a smile and some small chat. Thank you 👍 Location, well not ideal (like I said earlier) under the motorway and right next to a boarded up TGI Fridays. Very scruffy surroundings. The room was ok. Not the best, just a typical premier inn room but a bit more tired than most. Could do with an upgrade. Bed was very comfortable (as always) but with this heat (and no ac) a 13.5 tog winter duvet is not quite necessary.
