Tom deserves recognition, so does Karlie, Sofia, Estelle, Nathan, Connor & Sandra for their hospitality & warmth, friendliness or helpfulness. 1 housekeeper was extremely rude & nasty. No fruit salad 1 day & not enough berries everyday at breakfast, as well as no eggs available at this Premier Inn for several days. Would recommend this hotel if all staff were decent & treated guests right at all times.

- APAmanda PrestonMay 19, 20264.0Paid extra for plus room. Well worth it. The room was spacious comfortable and well designed wetroom. The only thing letting it down is the amount of pull doors between entrance and room. Being a wheelchair user and it being an adapted room is expect doors to be better. Staff were lovely though. Parking is a multi storey nextdoor at £5 a day paid before we realised there are some disabled parking spaces outside the entrance, it didn't say this on the site.
