  Very convenient location for city centre. Friendly staff, in particular Jack who seemed to know everyone staying and couldn’t do enough to help. We enjoyed a relaxing drink in the bar. Newish, spacious rooms with excellent air conditioning on a hot day.

  3/5 would probably recommend somewhere else but this place does the job Stayed here overnight for work during the June 2026 heatwave, it was an alright place to stay that does the job but if you’re looking for somewhere that goes above and beyond (ie not for work) I’d look elsewhere. The room was cool enough to sleep through the night, though the room temp doesn’t go below 19oC. The bed was comfy which is the main thing so had a pretty good night sleep. The bathroom is alright, the shower pressure wasn’t anything spectacular but it didn’t disappoint. The toiletries could’ve done with topping up. The free WiFi was absolutely shocking and a waste of time, it was better using my mobile data. The TV also struggled though this could’ve been cause of the heat. The location is very good, local and accessible. And the actual cleanliness of the room wasn’t disappointing. The breakfast was good, good selection of hot and cold food and drinks.

  We had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Coventry and would highly recommend it. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. We chose the continental breakfast, and it exceeded all expectations. Everything was prepared with exceptional care and attention to detail. The ladies working in the breakfast area were among the kindest, most patient, and genuinely welcoming hotel staff I have ever encountered. Having worked in several hotels myself, including for Hilton in Germany, I can honestly say their level of service was outstanding. What impressed us most was the motherly care with which breakfast was served. We were gently asked how we would like our breakfast prepared, and every effort was made to ensure it was exactly to our taste. It felt personal, warm, and truly hospitable. The hotel's location is another major advantage. It is conveniently situated close to Coventry city centre, the main bus station, shopping streets, restaurants, and other amenities. The beautiful Coventry Cathedral is only a few minutes' walk away, and there are also some lovely parks nearby for a relaxing stroll. Overall, a fantastic stay with exceptional hospitality, excellent breakfast service, and a great central location. We would happily stay here again.

  Inly issue is the NCP car park next door is closed so if you have mobility issues yhe nearest is a short walk Other than that is was perfect

  The service I received when I checked wasn't the greatest. The room was good although you hear the noise from those walking in the corridors and in their rooms. The corridors were not very clean and had a smell. The breakfast was ok. I asked for vegan sausage but was served a meat one. overall an ok stay for overnight.
