  The hotel was alright, although the bathroom was dirty, with visible black residue on the shower floor. It was a horrible experience, due to one of the staff members whose name is Michelle; who also denied me a customer complaint form. On the morning of checkout, a member of staff knocked on my room door before the stated checkout time. Shortly afterwards, approximately a few minutes after the checkout time, there was another knock at the door. At the time, I was simply inside the room tying my shoes and preparing to leave. I subsequently approached the staff member to ask who had knocked on my door and to raise my concern as to whether it was considered appropriate to knock again so soon after the checkout time, particularly when I was clearly in the process of leaving. Unfortunately, rather than responding to my question calmly and professionally, the staff member raised her voice and shouted at me. I would like to make clear that I had not raised my voice, behaved aggressively, or acted confrontationally towards her. Despite this, she proceeded to tell me to leave the premises. I found this interaction extremely distressing and unacceptable. I approached the staff member with a reasonable question and expected to be spoken to respectfully. Being shouted at and told to “get out” when I had not behaved inappropriately was both unnecessary and deeply disappointing. However, the staff members from the prior night were lovely and helpful.

  Придорожній готель. Не новий але чисті кімнати, без сторонніх запахів, чистий санвузол. Ввічливий персонал. В номері є чайник, розчинна кава та чай. Холодильника немає. з посуду 2 чашки для чаю. Але поряд є фудкорт, де можна поїсти.

  Turned up late after booking in last minute. The ladies on reception were so welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and comfy. The bathroom was adorable with the shower tucked away around a corner. My only complaint was the 8 legged monster that had stowed away in my towel! Scared the life out of me 😂

  Really easy to find, plenty of parking, lots of new elelctric chargers now too. Right next to motorway services for food and drinks. Excellent location for northbound M6. Just a pain if travelling into Birmingham then back south the next day as you have to go to next junctions to turn around and traffic in morning is never great.. Good for quickly dropping off stuff on way in though. Room was really clean, shower was great. Friendly staff at reception. You will have to pay extra charge for car park- that isnt made clear on booking.
