    A great staff! For one night this hotel is perfect, comfy beds and friendly staff. Charlie on reception was just lovely ! Couldn’t have been nicer - a credit to the company. We need more people like her ! Cheered us all up on arrival.

    Great location, reception staff friendly. Room however was disgusting and a huge safety hazard. Did not have a good sleep and chose not to return for our return journey

    Very disappointed with our stay. The room was not up to basic standards of cleanliness—we found bugs on the bedding and the toilet had clearly not been cleaned prior to our arrival. To make matters worse, the air conditioning did not work, making the room extremely uncomfortable. When we tried to address these issues and request a refund, management refused to help or issue a refund. Would not recommend staying here.
