    Absolutely amazing staff. Very warm welcome when I arrived and a very nice lady in the morning making sure all was well when I left. All smiles even in a super hot heatwave. You can tell they enjoy working here

    It was a last minute booking so you get what you need. It's basic. The shower could do with a bit of drain cleaner down it to improve the drainage which, leads me to the shower tray, which needs a good clean so if you have flip flops or crocs with you, wear them! The curtains were falling away from the rail and the bed was like sleeping on a kitchen worktop. Look at my other reviews to see where I've been!

    Don't be put off by a motorway services hotel. This one was a great price, ideal location for where I needed to be. Yes, its a bit tired. Was quiet, even nice woodland type surroundings. Staff were great too, and of course you have food, (pricey) shops and coffee next door and free parking and free (decent) wifi
