- DMdanzo_ mk24 days ago5.0had a fantastic stay here at this hotel, katrina who checked us in was amazing, incredibly polite and helpful and welcoming, catered to any questions or issues I had. even gave me some excellent information about the local area, activities, attractions and the like. the room was very clean and comfortable all i could ask for! i didn't catch the names of the other young ladies on reception but they too were incredibly polite and helpful when i spoke to them. overall a great hotel to stay at the team here have made sure i look forward to staying here in the future for my next visit to the area!
- DDDiane DrysdaleOct 2, 20265.0A one night stop over for myself ,husband and dog when travelling from Portsmouth to Lancashire after ferry crossing from France .Perfect location for this .Don't let the fact that it is on a service station put you off .The room was lovely and clean with comfy bed TV and tea n coffee.Bathroom was spotless with fluffy towels .The staff we met were so friendly and helpful.I haven't a bad word to say about our stay and the price was excellent.
