- SHStuart harrisonMay 12, 20261.0Be careful when booking.. Rooms are very outdated, Dirty Carpets, Creaking Floors, Staff not very helpful & Shrugg Shoulders. BE WARNED Make sure you check all small print when booking, i went on Google Maps & booked via 3rd party as cheaper, 3 pages of booking info. Get to site to see a gentlemen argueing with reception as he was being charged parking because he did not book direct (Same as me). No manager onsite, reception said no one in until Thursday & if you dint not pay parking its £100 fine. No Help At All I eventually paid it as you only get 2hours free, then the cheek of Reception to Print the Small part off from a diff website about Parking & post it under my door even tho i paid. Id have apologised for the confusion but to me that is a Shocking way to deal with it & show someone they were incorrect. I will never stay her again.
