  Nice room, central location near bus stop and high street. Facilities absolutely lacking, staff hardly on reception as they were made to do a million other jobs - very unfair to your staff! They don’t come in to refill tea/coffee, don’t come in daily to refresh towels, they aren’t flexible no fridge in rooms. Very impersonal when we go an ask for anything it seems a massive chore

  I have stayed in alot of premier inns across the UK.Cleanliness of the room wasn't the usual standard. Location was great for everything. Staff were hit or miss. Ranging from I really dont want to be here attitude to really friendly. It serviced its purpose, but would I book again, sadly and honestly no.

  David went above and beyond to make our stay delightful! True props for him and the rest of staff as they were understaffed during the bank holiday week.

  We only stayed one night waiting for the ferry but we'd definitely stay again. The location is excellent, central, with a supermarket next door and near to the buses and ferries. Staff were lovely. We had a family room and our 2 year old fell asleep on his own bed instantly. The black out curtains are 100% blackout, and there's was no noise whatsoever. The beds were super comfy and the rooms had all we needed. If I could gripe, I'd like more TV options, as it's just a small selection of live TV options and our firestick wouldn't work. Also the breakfast was fab and there was lots to take away for snacks and lunches to make the most of it, plus our son's was free.

  The only good things about this hotel are the location and cost. I had to book an extra night because the ferry was cancelled Your website is a joke it put in the wrong date a member of staff told me that it often does that and offered to help me book at an inflated price which I managed to get back by phoning customer support. No one in reception and a general shortage of staff. Bad attitude from chef as if he were doing everyone a favour by cooking The Breakfast is greasy and prepared with inferior quality ingredients. The Breakfast is badly restocked. The room was grubby and in need a deep clean The bathroom had black mould in the shower the toilet paper is inferior quality. Kept awake by the noise it sounded like a jet taking off. Room 407 reading some of the reviews the are several comments about the noise. You have to ask to have your room cleaned and restocked. The is parking near the hotel £33.00 for 9 hours so if you have a car consider using the £33.00 for a better hotel with parking included. I have stayed at other hotels in Jersey, and this was not one of the best
