  Right within the airport. 30 minute walk to terminal 2 with free train connections. Food in restaurant reasonable and flavorful. 4 total hotels in a small area. Clean room. Coffee, tea, iron and hair dryer in rooms. Airy feeling.

  The hotel itself is good, but the entry rules for vehicles are unreasonable. Please avoid driving or taking an Uber directly to the hotel entrance. Each time you drive through the entry, you are charged £7, and if you don’t pay thru their website, Euro Carpark will issue a violation ticket. The fine ranges from £65–100 depending on when you settle it. What makes this policy even more frustrating is that it applies even if you are a hotel guest or have already paid for parking. The automatic camera system records every entry, and charges are applied regardless. In practice, this means only guests arriving on foot from Terminal 4 are spared this issue. I rent the a car and stay there 3 days and paid for hotel parking fee but I got 4 tickets when I backed home. I was fortunate that the hotel manager, Aaron Lopes helped cancel all tickets since I had already paid the hotel’s parking fees. Without his assistance, I would have been liable for £540 in penalties (including rental car company admin fees) simply for driving through the entry four times over three days. This is a totally ridiculous and unreasonable rule, and I strongly advise any guests: do not drive to the hotel entrance.

  We stay in 2 nights because we can't book one night .Luckily, that hotel is easy to get on underground (around $5.5 ) to zone 1 Center London. But its need at least 1 hours and after 11:30 pm will be NO bus from other terminal to the hotel.If access for Terminal 4 still need walk 10 Minutes to the hotel but all in a cover area. There is no free shuttle to the terminal ( cost $6.8) .The good point is hotel are clean and includes breakfast. The downside is this hotel are no twin room.All the room are Double beds. Complimentary breakfast also good and the coffee is best.They provide take out services for breakfast if you get an early flight(start at 05:00am and need to advance order )

  Good location for Heathrow T4 but housekeeping was disappointing. Our room was not cleaned even though we left the “please clean the room” sign on the door. The floor also did not seem to be vacuumed properly and some food crumbs stayed on the floor for a few days. We had to ask for fresh towels and tissues today. Overall, the cleaning standard could be better.

  I booked this well in advance of my trip, based on others reviews. I’m not the best at public transit, so this seemed like a great option and I like a good breakfast included. I wanted something easy to find after a long overnight flight that didn’t require a lot of extra money or time getting to. Everything at the airport is pretty well sign posted for finding your way. I came into T3 and followed signs for the underground to T4. When you come off the elevators turn right and you’ll be on this sky bridge and there is a sign for the Holiday Inn on the right side near the Crown Plaza. There are kiosks near the underground where you can print yourself a free ticket, or an employee will help you with that. Keep the ticket as you will need it to get out. There are helpful employees all over that will help you understand how to get here. It does take a little longer to get the T4 versus T5 because they’re not on the same line and it doesn’t run as frequently, but don’t let that put you off, you’ll get here soon enough. Staff was very accommodating and even allowed me an early check-in and a late checkout on a weekday.
