Unfortunately this time, the young girl serving at the bar was not pleasant at all & very unprofessional in her attitude. Asked for 2 large glasses of S BLANC wine, despite her checking in there store room said she none. Asked for alternative, Pinot Grigio, she said got none. Settled for 2 glasses of Zinfadel. Asked her for a J20 bottle for my wee grandson and asked politely can I please get a straw, no answer. Paid her and asked again, can i get a straw please, her reply was quite blunt, there over there on the other side of bar fir which i walked over and got one. No manners, no thank you, etc. Went back for a second round of drinks and asked for another 2 glasses of Zinfadel to a different member of bar staff, she said sorry we don't have enough for 2 glasses. At this stage I had to say, what kind of bar are you running for a hotel othat has no wine at all. She said sorry no order was put through. Poor excuse, in the end, I bought a full bottle of Prosecco in the end.
